yah man the waterfall is wonderful but now dunt think got the stamina to ascend that mountain again,....the 1st time almost didn't make it

 

maybe u shld try startin e trip from merapuh...wic is near e summit..tts wat i heard from juniors from sp adventurers...den go down to kuala tahan.....during my yr..we went up from kuala tahan n back.sibei shack.......i tink u wld surprise urself man.....u jus need to get ur body in shape..i believe mentally u can take it since u been there b4....

now that i am recovering from ma crash, i hope to be able to return to da wild to do some trekkin.......

 

trekkers, do start postin some spots in west malaysia so maybe we can work out something....but not too soon though, coz i'm juz recoverin, ma leg may not be strong enuf to trek in da near future.

 

boy..maybe u can start of w something fun like berkelah....u close two eyes also can go up...ehheeh
