Payment Detail:

---> One Room = S$260(for 2 pax)

---> 2 Sharing Room = S$130/pax

---> Compulsory Bike towing insurance fee = S$40/bike.

 

A pre-trip breifing will cover itinerary, border crossing documentation & etc matter. Bike inspection will be conducted, pls try to be present with ur riding bike for trip.

i see the meetup time is shifted 4hrs earlier to 7pm. I have no problem with this arrangement. but 2 queries:

 

1. will there be Jam ard 6.30pm - 7pm at the 2nd link custom? can all make it? i mean isit too rush for those who needs to work till 6pm?

 

2. whats the earliest time we can check in....assuming we reach Hatyai early morning?

there will be a slight jam, wouldnt be so jialat like woodlands as per Alvin's info.

i'm not trying to be a spoil-sport & not trying to offend the organizers here but jus like to inform bros who will be going for this trip on this timing...

 

these 3 weeks i had been monitoring 2nd link custom traffic and noticed that they have a sudden huge increase of bikes especially between 6-8pm...

for e.g 12th i reach there at 6:30pm, i was stuck in custom jam and only able to reach GP esso at 8pm...

20th i reach there at 5:15pm, i reach GP esso at 6:15pm...

yesterday 25th, i reach there 9:30pm, reach GP esso at 10:15pm...

 

the traffic jam is exceptionally high on Fridays evening, imagine u have luggages e.g side panniers and tries to squeeze with those hardcore Malaysian bikers, jus fyi 1st...

so if ya going to meet the 7pm timing, be sure to leave house as early as possible...

Just received a sms from my fren who moved up North last nite.

- Road works after tunnel towards sg perak at the left side.

- Lorries are jamming up, do take note when after the tunnel.

 

Just in case the works drag till nxt week.
