FunkyChicken,

actually its not too difficult to rectify it. all u need is cut some small pcs of aluminium or other softer metal piece by the rectangle size of like 1 by 2cm for 4pcs(preferbably aluminium cuz its softer & easier to seal-up the hole when u tighten the nuts) to seal-up the EVAP system-link holes.

the location of the EVAP holes r each individually beside the engine block, each it has got a narrow lengthy-shinny-chromed tube tightened with 2small nut just above the exhaust joint. be gentle to unscrew it halfway to ensure sufficient gap to slide in the rect aluminium piece then carefully tighten it & make sure the hole is fully covered. not too tight but properly tighten it.

er... if too confusing pls let me know, I should be free this Friday afternoon to show u how it's done.

simon can contact me if u 2 explain or maybe i will tyr to diy. but taking out the carbs not my level yet....hehehhee :thumb:

hi also curious to know if st is good for city riding?will it gets real hot if trap in a jam?

if you are afraid of your bike heating up in a jam, you can always modify a switch to switch on the fan. For stock bike, as long as your fan can auto kick in when it the bike get hot, it should be okay. So far i have never experience my bike going above the red temp line in a jam.

Hi everyone again

ive just checked out msia summons website

if ive found out 4 x summons by this particular bike im getting from shop which added up to 270RM.

can the shop settle it? .

Anyone can advise? Thanks.!

bike shop i dont think they will be bothered to solve the issue for you.

As long as you can proof that you are not the owner of the bike when the offence was committed, it should be okay. Do carry your log card along when in malaysia, It just the hassle of going to the police station to make a report when you are stop in malaysia that will get to you.:sian:

Hiya,

Would like to find out from you Honda riders whether you know where to buy Honda Moly60 paste (part #08734-0001)? Apparently very good for lubing the splines of driveshaft.

Thank you for your input.

Cheers

Hi. I believe this question has been ask over and over again... With the Euro models it has some positive upgrades over its past models and the feedback has been positive . You may get a US version which are cheaper than Euro versions. Both work well..but of course wouldnt it better to get an improved version? Just to show you some of the difference....

Pan Euro model

- common color r white, maroon, mid nite blue, & green.

- smaller main jets & 40A alternator.

- built with head light switch.

US model

- chilly red & black color.

- below 96' models r with only 28A alternator.

- larger main jets .

- EVAP system(emission controller)
