HONG,

eh.. make sure u r confident in handling it before u sign the papers, on average i'm could be among the shortest chap group standing at less than 170cm. :D

fuel consumption may varies from 12km-20km/ltr on Sgp road, & 17km-24km/ltr on NSHW, all quoted figures r subjected to individual riding style & habit.

hi Jazzco,

we have to be fair to dealers & sellers by not bringing up machine price issues publicly.

do extend ur search from shops, roughly u should be able to know how much r their range between from, further more this is a technical thread for us to share our experiences.

hope it helps.

HONG,

general maintenance:

- 3.6-7ltrs Engine oil(any oil) required each time not exceeding 12,400km.

- 4 pcs spark plugs to replaced not exceeding 12,400km.

- final drive shaft oil SAE 80(only available SAE90 in Sgp) to be replaced not exceeding 38,400km.

- the rest like tires, brake pads & etc.. r SOP cannot escape. :D

- synchronising the carbs is should be done every 12,400km, the cost of it varies from the 'brandedness' of the shop... but it can be DIY if u have the manometer, view 'Why Pay More' there's a link there discussing about DIY carb synchronising.

- K&N air filter cost around less than $100.

major maintenance:

- carburretor need not to be overhaul(wash) if it's not clogged or water in it, fuel additives should be able to do the trick.

- timing belt has a life span of not exceeding 150,000km but has to be inspected at 100,000km for worn & bruise on the surface & edge.

if ur machine is well maintained thru out, all other minor 'coughs & flus' should be less arised.

hope it helps.

I still can't gauge whether Z4 is good or not as compared to Dragon.

Let say Dragon scores 10 out of 10, what is Z4's score. Take into account of their Dragon's stickyness.

Also what is the price of each set of Dragon and Z4 at Gopa.

Thanks in advance
