Its time to replace the battery....mine no more counter reset after changing...but total regretting replacing the TPS...one problem minimised,2 problems comes in...

btw...i have this conclusion...the **** thing happen to me again this morning....riding all the while as if someone shut the ignition off...stop at road junction turn key on/off then can start...i believe the ignition switch is the caused of all the menace...and the can't start each time i ignite,and have to turn key off and on again to start...

Bro, if like tat jus go straight to HL and tell that after they change the TPS ur bike like tis...

 

Anyway wats ur idling range at? It should be ard 1000-1200. anything below tis likely ur bike engine will died off.

my idling is good lah...its above 1k...

 

i strongly feel its the ignition...bcoz...most people which consist of friends,mechs,and thief dunno how to turn on my ignition...i have to show them....so i suspect HL use such force to turn it on and now the damage is done...my bike,for the records....doesnt go thru this symptom since day 1 i got the bike...but its obviously since collected the bike from our ever resourceful HL,bike is making me sick...now i realised its the ignition key...damn sianz.... ...and its ever so sick when riding,close throttle,open again having the bike dive in before it response to the throttle...

 

i will do dis few things when i got the time and money..

1.go Loois do the fuel injection servicing

2.go to HL hopefully Bob will accompany me to do wat he had $60 of his money for syncronisation of something something....

3.Check out for new front tyre stock arrive or not and get one..

I totally agree with u. If its aint broke, dont fix it. But the thing is, due to our busy work schedule, its always too late to see the problem coming. By the time you realise, its too late. And to think that u have to leave the bike at the workshop for days is like having wisdom tooth. You just cant chew yet swallow the duration they took to fix it. And all because you didnt make appointment...Worst, they dont do a good job. Sigh...

A.J i will tink it might be the connector to the ignition swith unit, check to see whether there is 'bad' connection. Loose connection will resulted to stuffs like tis. From my pervious bike (Dragstar 400), parts from H.L really really damn f****** expensive!!! To check the connection, upon statring your bike, u have to constantly 'moved' the connector to see any point of the movement will resulted in stalling your bike.

ok since you're a supporter,here's the thing..I'M NOT!!and i dun buy the **** that its about time it spoilt...

 

My ignition,u have to push the key forward before you turn to ON...if not,it wont budge...for the past 18months,i had not problem with the ignition although since the 1st day of owning the bike,i just learnt how to properly turn on the ignition key...
