yup...make sure you dont buy the Yamaha OEM mainstand....:cheeky:

 

 

btw nukye,i saw virus bike...His Exhaust dont really affect his mainstand like how you told me about yours...he is using SW-motech...

 

 

and nukye,powdercoat your front fork and swingarm,your bike will look like the 07...:thumb:

The Yamaha OEM mainstand also ok but need to bend the long foot handle a bit. I went to sengkwang and they bent for me free of charge.. :thumb:

But still need to look at virus mainstand after he fit the pipes...

 

I still like to be original '04 model!!! :angel: :thumb:

i dont have his no...but if you backtrack this thread way before dinosaur time,you mite be able to see him...can use the PM function...his nick is Solo...

 

well..the GST has gone up...and so does ERP...Sengkwang has also raised his price since he have to go thru many ERP gantries to get to his workshop everyday...:faint:

 

The previous owner told me its $300++...Simply80chup did his for $430 i think...so i guess the next person to ask,sengkwang will quote $500...its like stock market you know...:sian:

May i know which recommended shop can do servicing like change steering cone bearing, service EFI....etc for sport tourers like TDM, V stroms, Vara and etc?

TDM 900, white in colour.

FV plate. accident free, but few scratches.

i juz changed the rear tyre to Michelin Anakee...$180 inclusive installation..

 

cheaper by 20bux from tourance.

 

the knobbies to the tyre looks great..it feels great too...but i not sure why issit noisy when riding...nukye,yours got same noise at the begining of your Anakee experience?

Wat do u mean by noise? The only noise i hear is comin from my rear brake pads screehing on the rear disk brake....

AND u changed ur exhaust again???

 

Where did u get the H&B top box... been looking high and low for it..

how much u bought it?

its those tyre noise...and when i checked the rear wheel later that day,i found out they fixed the rear wheel alignment is not correct...one side is 3,the other 3half...adjusted that one and fitted the stock exhaust.

say lah...not anytime soon...acerly,its been a very long time wishlist to have the alu box on my XR...so,i've been busy looking,asking,bargaining,and at the end...i thought i mite as well get this one now or else it will never happen...

 

The XR for long rides would come to planning...but not soon...becoz the XR using top box with full barangs,it will wreck the subframe joints again...so the reason for the panniers comes in only to realised that its rather too big.

but then again,i've plan to do a plug and play sideracks to the TDM in order to be able to use the alu on the TDM for rides too...can load more stuffs then my yammy pannier.looks macho too don't you think....heh.:dozed:
