so many tdm selling away!

 

Wah kmax you saw me at TPY? your tdm really camo man, you see me but i can't see you

 

guyz my engine has this rattling sound, i suspect its the cam chain tensioner...which place should i go to? sporting motors?

 

i was in a cage (4 wheeler) :angel:

 

dont suspect anything.. just start and ride.. when bike fail to start.. call tow truck :lol:

I dont play with snakes..... I kill snakes!! LOL.... In fact, I had murdered 3 or 4 before in my previous vocation of which 3 I confirm were black spitting cobras!!! NOW..... this then is dun play play.... blahahahahaaa!!!

 

I hope I can get my Twin soon... So we have both learn about the bike together. I am sure now you quite 'lonely'... LOL!

Joo Chiat Terrace might be Thomas, he frequent visit Joo Chiat...

Jus ride Bro, it will not give way, as you seldom hear TDM broke down,,,

What makes you so sure that the rattling sound is cause by cam chain tensioner ? It might the the thinning of your clutch that can cause the sound...

 

If still makes you uneasy then bring it to the shop for a full check up...

I used to note down each and every fuel pump and calculate the consumption..

tried to play with

CO sensor,

gear changing,

less dragging on low gear,

free wheeling,

less engine braking..

 

but hell, just open throttle and ride lah..

that's what TDM is about...

fun while pick up

fun while straight

fun while corners

fun while engine breaking

fun while squeezing traffic and playing open/close throttle to avoid car wing mirrors..

 

especially, engine sound after 6k rpm is really addictive :angel:

 

anyway, here's what i can recall from memory..

Info for the new and old birdie...

 

Don't worry/bother about your setup, just indicate the following...

1. Mileage in KM when it started to blink...

2. % of Pillon or not ?

3. % use in City or expressway...

1. Heaven51, 310km, pillion 50%, 70% city 30% expressway...

2. Kmax, 340km, no pillion, 50% city 50% expressway.. and pump 17l, average 20kml

Ok lah bro, so far no only mine got such mileage. as I said, I think Francis (PCR) & Jimmy (Secret agent) have the same mileage as me. Mine 410km hit reserve, somethime might be 390km. 20% with pillion, 65% e'way, 35% normal road. I think I did top up abt 18l for abt 450km (25km per liters). My best mileage so far is abt 490km and top up abt 20l. lol!!!:cheeky: (luckily still can tahan till petrol station for refuelling).

The current owner nw selling a bit more than wat he paid for.

I can vow for the 'All Hell break loose' at 6K rpm!!!!!!

Is very fast (not for top speed), i ever clocked 17km/l (worst) & 23km/l (best).

If u gonna ride with the worry of how much fuel u burnt..... u gonna missed out load of fun.

Last count was 1 or 2 years ago before I brought my spare bike. Now I have a Nouvo for daily ride, really lost count for the mileage.
