Good morning TDMers! :) it's a nice sunny morning!

Sunny = Hot.... And no good-good when one is along SLE at 9am with MASSIVE JAM due to accident. When I reached the accident scene saw 2 smashed scoots on the tarmac on Lane 3. Hope the riders are fine....

Time to change rubbers... And I am torn between semi-offroad enduro tyres like Michelin Anakee, Metzeler Tourance or Pirelli Scorpion, OR to stick to street rubbers. Was told Pilot Road 2 is one of the better choice and it comes with the 18" front.

For looks and capability of ocassional 'offroading', the enduro tyres definitely is good. With street tyres, I don't even think about going (soft) offroad. Also I might be going Endau Rompin in April with my previous SUV club and would love to ride there instead of driving.

Headache..... :(

Ah Leong arh Ah Leong.... U writing in Thai arh??

So it's got bi problem or bit problem or no problem?

And I suppose must be careful on wet?

I have not ridden for very long and this Shinko are the ones fitted when I got the TDM so I can't compare. My previous bikes too long ago and also different category so can't compare. To me it felt fine. Good decent grip on dry and cornering. On wet usually have to be cautious cos even the best tyres also might slip. But so far Shinkos braking and turning on wets to me still acceptable.

I also at dilemma as to what tyres to change.. I like road tyres cos of it's grip on dry and wet since I tend to ride abit on the aggressive side.. But off road tyres let me enjoy some offroad ridin as well.. Lol.. So wats ur decision paikia? Haha..

Reptile you can consider these lights that Takehow and myself installed. I used it in Thailand and it is quite effective, so effective I was lead bike to light the way.

It is similar to Twisted Throttle’s Denali. You can purchase them from local dealer Lim Batt, look for kmax for lobang, he very rub shoulder with them, Good man

If you can spare abit of mula, mine are 1st gen, try to get the 2nd gen versions

The reason why I bought these were because of their size, you can place them anywhere (anywhere that will not compromise safety that is!). Their output is also fantastic and because they are LED, they use very little power from your batt.

I use them as position lights during heavy rain and sometimes at night for safety reasons because I have a pillion 80% of the time.

Honestly, I find them adequate but not bright enough, I suggest gen 2 of these lights… you can look for Lim batt, he has the gen 2 fixed on a fuoco 600cc outside his office.
