queirtus: yup i do agree that keeping a bike now is a killer! with insurance being the no. 1 issue.. i wont give up riding unless im physically unable to, when there's a will, there's a way . BUT, u can just stop riding for awhile to get over this tough period, afterall, in sg, public transport is very accessible to most of the places

 

spectator: exactly same for me. while imo, parents dun allow is a wuss excuse. i believe every1 is old enuff to make decisions for themselves by the time they can enrol for 2b/3. get licence, ride.. u wont regret!

yup i honestly have to say that i still yearn for the day i get to ride an sp u know.and get to pillion her coz now im guessing her current guy or the guy who is dating her rides one.btw sp is my dream bike hor not coz of that guy

 

and well most probably i might quit riding coz i feel inferior that another rider is winning her over.

 

but one thing that i realise is, rain or shine,happy or angry the thing that stays by my side is my trusty bike,it takes me to where i want and takes me away from places that i want to run away to.and takes me to places that i want to.

 

i wish it could talk,but i just can't explain but sometimes i feel my bike knows how i feel,it's like watching over me....there's this strange bond you know, with something that has been there for you and knows you through and through,,,,,,,,,

 

and that's wat make me feel so proud and take pride in taking care of it

 

btw guys im sorry if im talking weirdly its the holidays and i have nothing to do hahao_O

ahaha.. its alrite.. everybody goes thru a difficult period every now and then, but life still goes on. its hard to put things behind u, i know, but u just gotta do it or u'll never move forward ya? take it slow.. but eventually let go is the key point.

 

yes, i also had a memorable experience on my prev bike, sp. lots of wonderful and pocket-emptying cases. but still, its time to let go, just gotta let go.

 

that kind of gal is not worth ur time bro. if she's only going with the guy just becos he rides nsr150sp, then she's really not worth ur time. the real gal will be with u whether u BMW (bus, mrt, walk) or private transport.

jeffed: from experience, i can tell u, the gf usually wont enjoy outings cos only a few other gals are there, and they not into bikes unlike us.. SO, better let u know first la, many a times, i see the gf all sian sian.. hahaha.. meet at the caltex as mentioned by powieee.
