well, heavy bikes are not suited for mainstands. the brackets holding the mainstands for the diversion900s always cracks. so does the stx.

 

live with it.

Was browsing through this thread after searching for mainstand info... It seems Vtech 1 cannot mount a main stand? Have any s4 vtech 1 riders mounted mainstand? If so, how much should i be paying for second hand? Say under $200? Anyone selling?

P-plate should be an attitude to safety and riding. There's always more to learn.

you might wanna check with HKL, they claim that they can fix a main stand on a vtec 1 from their advertisement page..

 

i've asked them and they had answer yes.. but i got no time to go over to fix..

bros....do you need great force to put bike on mainstand for S4? I mean is the lever long enuff to push using u're foot to lever the bike up? I think all bigger cc can fix maintain as long it meets it's SWL(safety work load) standard. If it exceeds, it give way. Get what i mean....Normally the expensive the material is, the longer it can withstand.
