Infernalwar is the problem as Firdauz mentioned so maybe we sure give him a break. Everybody makes mistakes but Infernalwar is worse of all kind that will nvr admit and nvr repent type but continue to deceive. "Deception" is his favourite movie and his game.

As of this message, most of you who had met me for advise, help and other matter knows that this is not a career or profession of mine but that I do whatever I can to help in my spare and available time.

 

In future please direct all post and question regarding your bike problem here and I'll help as much as I can. Do not pm me individually your bike problem (which I had received a lot) but do it openly here so that others benifit from it too.

 

As for those who had and have use my eo and recommended stuff before..

as per advise, hopefully someday I can manage or provide my services through proper channel to do so as in the Products Mass Ordering section or advertiser Board.

 

So guys..thanks for all the confidence in me for the services that I have provided you in the past. In the meantime, I shall see how I can continue to provide my services and recommended goods with respect to the guidelines, rules and policies of this forum. it's on the right side, behind the top engine block. the black rubbery hose that is connecting is to the inverted L or L shape metal thingy.

 

a little bit of coolant is coming out from this part and some coolant has dried up on the engine block.

 

is it about time to change the hose? or just tighten the connection only? please advise, thank you.

No worry bro...could be a loosen circlip..if not...just loosen the circlips that is hold the hose..then spray wd40 or some lubricant on the edge lip to loosen the rubber hose grip (tend to get hard and 'fuse' to the metal pipe). Then slowy pull and gently shake it off (careful in case the metal tube is rusted thin..can break). Check the rubber hose if its harden and cracked or split. If its not..it could be a case of just the circlip being loose. If the hose is damage..just change that piece.

 

Another alternative is to cut off the damage part but b4 that, check if the hose is long enough. If not, you can also get any radiator hose with its external diameter samller than that of the original but the new hose must fit the radiator metal nozzle. This are available from auto spare shop sold in any cut length you need. Use lube (Wd40..oil etc) on the rubber hose edge area to help slip and push hose into each other.
