Summary :

The bbq was quite successful conducted abeit a slight drizzle initially resulting the BBQ gotta start late. There was enough food to go around. The outing was wonderful and fun. New friendship and bonding were established.

Is this way of doing it ok? Or shd ommit the quotes? After compilation of the outing for 2005, will put back into the waverider sub section pending the outcome of how shd the sub forum be.

i believe andrew got the so called "informal" leaders from the diff. makes of cubs here right?

so, erm

maybe, with the centralised outing thread, these informal leaders should do their parts, in making sure that ALL outings, big or small, long or short, pursposeful or meaningless, to appear in the centralised outing thread, instead of in their individual models thread

 

in this case, if any outings have been posted elsewhere but the outing thread, and have been spotted, instead of deleting the thread or doing wat so ever the mods used to do, i suggest the following steps

-> copy and paste the outing post into the outing thread

-> put up a post, to inform the person who initiated this, that his post is been duplicated in the outing thread, and kindly inform them to post into that outing thread in future

 

because, this is the starting phase, things need to be a bit tedious on the Mods' side, so hope that as time passes, we will get accustomed to it.......

dats a good start,... well mayb my current sparks outing posting can be changed to the outing chatterbox so as to let the guys to chat bout their meetings during the outin who wat so ever haha...

as the outing thread cannnot possibly let them chat in this manner like wat we are doing for now...

can i start a new post chatterbox for them to chat bout all sorts of craps in it like gers ah other makes, wat happening outside etc...?

and a suggestions to the community info hub it might b a tedious job for our mod Kushinagar,..it shall remain loced but my thoughts are when ppl pop up some questions we will answer the queries and den update on the post dat refugee tabulate for spark in the sticky portion?

Yah... i agree with yos_bikey....

 

The outing thread should be clear for members to view..... chatting abt the outing or questions maybe can be directed to chatter box section ( we confirm need a chatter box thread -- Cubs Chatter Box or something)

 

We should try to consolidate all outings threads into cubs sections for easy viewing...

 

And whoever is starting a new thread for suggestive outing, as wat CS cup mentioned, Pm the thread starter and then remove or direct to the outing thread

 

of course this require the mods or us to moniter around the threads for such happenings....
