Fuyooh...I seh man..hmm

I think engine i shudnt touch..

Hmm..reading all of your opinion,i think engine i dont want to KACAU.SCARY seh.:giddy: .I prefer install full system exhaust,PC3,BMC Air filters..I think i go for angkuguay..change to BST Carbon fibre rims..

Guys i interested in the NOS & turbo...tell me about it can?..This NOS & turbo plug in only ah?...

You want to go for me?! Cannot lah... I'm happily married lah bro! :p

Anyway, some people were saying that the BST Carbon Fibre rims are fragile... I'm not sure... they were saying that it would crack and collaspe if kena heavy impact... Sounds scray to me.

Maybe just change the rims to forged aluminium cukup lah.

bro why dun u try to read the pc3r is there is any map or wat kind of map in it. then u can further decide.

How to read the PC3 when I do not have a laptop and the cables? Best is just take out first lor.

port and polish will increase the flow in and out of the combustion chamber. Depending on the type of port selected, there can be an increase in the volume of flow or increasing the velocity of the flow... its quite hard to achieve both...

increasing one of the will give you different power characteristics.. generally a large volume flow without the velocity will yield higher end power and resulting in a weaker lower end...

the other issue will be the replicating of the port design on for all 4 of the chambers... without the use of a proper 3D mapping of the original port design and replicating it using a CNC machine, tuning for that head port will be a nightmare... and that's when you really need to make use of the pc3usb's function of individual cylinder trim, to get the tune right for each cylinder...

as the convectional method of using a single exhaust gas sniffer will no longer suffice.. you will require individual O2 sensor on each exhaust header to tell you the AFR to get the tune right...

well, that's all theory... in practice, hand ported heads are just tuned as per normal and normally when you get some power gain, you're happy... ;)

with regards to a tight shim setting, that will just a bit of power loss and slower response...depending on how serious the problem is... :goodluck:

So am I right to say that here in Singapore, no one can do a proper 3D mapping of the ports? PM me let me know if you have lobang can? I'm interested in this kinda cheap mods for free horsepower. hehe

almost plug and play...

I think thats an understatement.... :bounce:

ever seen a colour changing busa???

here is part of it.

AMAZING!

I have been eyeing the various paint available from Alsa Corp for a damn long time liao... was even thinking of importing the paint so that I can pass it to the professional painter to do for me lor...

Candy paint, Killer Chrome, glow in the dark, multichrome, etc... alot more lah, I see until eyes popping out. Definitely on my list if I wanna repaint the bike.

get the 9V adaptor for serial port.. you can do that with your pc before reconnecting the pc back onto your bike.

so far not that i know of... CNC machines are available but used for other purposes... also.. this isn't really the cheap mod... it costs more than reboring the block+piston kit..

:p

locally yes... but results are inconsistent.. you can definitely choose the cheaper option versus the systematically tested ones..

Just some mild power gain would suffice for me I guess... I'm a law abiding citizen who just happens to own a big bad bike. :thumb:

i believe most decent mechanics are able to produce a port that will increase the efficiency.. however the main issue is the tuning of the individual cylinder as the port is not exactly the same throughout.. :goodluck:

hi guys,

after not starting my bike for 3 weeks, my battery was gone case and I've since changed to a new one. but ever since i changed the battery, i have been having problem starting my bike smoothly... when i press the start button, it will crank for a really long time before starting.. sometimes have to crank a few time..

This happen on many occasion, be it morning cold start or during the day when the engine is hot. I don't think its the battery problem, since its a new one and the voltmeter shows a healthy 12.5 v when i switch on the bike, before cranking.

Could it be the spark plug or some other thing?

I've left my bike for 1 month without starting when I was in Greece back in June. Came back just cranck once and the bike started. Battery will NOT die if you do not start your bike in 3 weeks. Nothing wrong with your battery. It seems somewhere/somehow you have electricity leakage. That your bike is hard to start on usual usage could be some of the following seasons (not the only reasons):

1. Tappet clearance (Every 24,000km)

2. Fuel pump (had exactly identical problem on my Kawasaki ZXR750H)

3. Cam Chain Tensioner

4. Cam Shaft Drive Chain

5. Thruttle Position censor

Good luck on your search.

Says who? They can send it over via ship what... anyway, I'm sure there is a legal way to get them here.

I was told there's a pearlescent R1 on the road somewhere... but I've yet to see it. Wonder if the charges here would kill me for those kinda paint job. hehe
