Anyone knows the location of workshops that can rebuild/realign/weld a bent bike frame anywhere?? Problem is my front wheel is not aligned with the back and had gone to many mechs and most pointed out that the frame headstock holding the clamp forks is slanted which causes my front wheel alignment to be out-of-sync 20% away from the rear wheel. Already sent for fork press too but doesn't helps.

From what i found out there's a workshop doing it around payar lebar mrt ard singpost but need more information on the address and exactly where.

Guys if you have any ideas please advise! I'm currently riding a drifting bike, whenever i corner, it looks like im drifting powersliding from behind, what my friends all told me..

if the bike has gone thru one or more serious accident, other than checking the suspension, steering head and cone, the frame itself is extremely difficult to check.

depending on the bike there are multiple weld points, a degree or more off at places like the swing arm is difficult to detect and correct.

Most people go through life following the crowd.

Others think for themselves.

They go their own way.

If the frame is distorted due to accident, it is extremely difficult, but not impossible, to re-align it to it's original state. Another consideration is the cost.

If i had read correctly elsewhere, is yours is a XR4 ?

it's a WR400. I have checked the swingarm and what else but it points back at the headstock holding the front clamps of the frame. actually it's VERY obvious to see and pinpoint by looking at the front of the bike. I have heard of a workshop who specialize on these kind of stuff, bended frame able to rebend/reweld back to shape and i'm looking high and low for it. im prepared of the cost, COE till 2017, scrapping the bike is out of the question :(

Give Planet Motorcycle a call.

They have sent bikes for pressing before, so I guess you can get some information from them.

But dont get the hopes too high though...

The pressing would address some of the slant, but I doubt it can correct it to the point where it can be close to what it used to be.

pressing as in fork press isit? That i've already done it and the end result is still the same, not abt the front forks. But i'll give it a try, best i go down there and let them have a look. but where is planet motor??

Actually the headstock of the frame is slanted ABIT only to the right and only that it affects every aspects of the front wheels up to the handlebars, hope it will just take a small little effort to bend it back since the damage isnt so worst than those stories i heard of..

what bike r u riding? if it is a bike capable of reaching more then 200km/h and u often does so pls dun waste your time. Main frame once bend can never be pressed back to the original stated and will even cause a tankslapper at these speed, it's dangerous and deadly. It might even crack in the future due to the stress done while pressing and the vibration from riding.
