imo.. cl2 is for show.. power wise yes.. very powerful.. but practical wise..

 

totally unpractical in SG..

 

1) bike very hot!! and i mean HOT..

2) why pay so much for wat? when u can only use like maybe 60% of it's power on SG road..? wasted..

3) got power got torque.. but.. awhile only mus stop and brake for traffic light.. e'way too fast.. scare tp chase..

That's why i'm aiming Class 2 scramblers. (WR450F or SM610)

Scramblers are factory limited to 160km/h. All the torque to wheelie like hell and street hooliganism.

a DRZ can satisfy those needs with a aftermarket racing block.. u get the torque close to cl2 but dont haf e power..

 

since u aiming those cl2 mid range scrammies.. u shld jus get drz and mod it with racing block u get e same feel, cheaper price, more power n shiokness..

imo : engine mods are bad unless u are doing actual racing if not, simple mods like air filter, power commander, exhaust, better tires are enough to make the bike better.

 

Drz : too heavy (140+kg), 33hp, too common (ppl can steal parts from u)

Wr450f : lighter (125kg WET), 40+hp, unique (parts less likely to be stolen, unless whole bike)

SM610 : 140+kg, 50hp, very unique (drool factor)
