$3.5k? hmm Lee Motor's offering a new TA200 for $4288 with DP of $500 and interest of 4%. sell value depends on condition as well as paintwork lor...one advice: don't sell to dealers, they sure chop you x 2...do you have a pic of it?

you must understand what each type of insurance cover...if you're scared then get first party lor...but only available to new bikes...for second-hand bikes you can only get second or third party. The latter's the cheapest and cover only yourself. first party will cover everything...even if people hit you in accident you can claim. not so sure about the second party...

 

it's ok to get Phantom TA200 now...no point getting the 150cc one...Phantom's safe and comfortable. As for skipper, I don't recommend cos you just passed and learnt how to shift gears....skipper uses belt system and you only need to open throttle to move...no shifting of gears so not really advisable lor. Furthermore you won't be able to grip fuel tank if you're on skipper...very dangerous!

 

a new TA200 costs about $4888 at Lee Motor...deposit is $500. but if you like sports bikes then a TZR would be fine cos though it's old, parts are readily available and easy handling lor.

 

my advise is to get a second-hand bike if you intend to upgrade ie take 2A and subsequently 2.

then get from me lor..if u get from me both of us benefit..cos i can use the money to buy my Ver S..... let u know the situation first.... i cant return to bike shop cos they take in very low price..then they will sell it back to other buyers at a higher price...kaoaz..i rather i lose the money but the person who gain it is not the motor diam..cos i got sometihing against them !!! ahahahaa....if u are realli interested can msg me lor..or look at the previous discussions i had wif djugashvili price around there lor..hope can be higher..cos i realli lose a lot from it!! argh..
