nope my whole brake kit spoilt.. the front brake sometimes gets hard or sometimes get soft.

Hmm since there's a crack, it'll be wise of you to replace the whole set ASAP! xD Anywhere is unsafe, just do the right thing and hope lady luck's always with you. Do what you need to do and f off. Be street smart in there, do and say the right things.
