muzzyfuzzy - for the new route basically everyone kanchiong lane change too early to the right at airport road lol. I lane change then realise, oh **** the u-turn still damn far away. lol.

where did you guys failed on? i never even go out of the circuit, cause i fell at the e-brake, my first fall ever partly cause i chiong fast scared later demerit for not attaining acquired speed.

I fail at too many small mistakes. 4 ticks for bike wobble even though there are only 3 boxes lol. And blindspots. Circuit was fine..

 

Retest booking was made at the counter..the system take time to update one.

Yes retraining is compulsory. There will only be 1 retraining....we can book as many CR and RR as we like.

As long as you are confident, you can even chose not to book any CR/ RR.

 

For me, I will still book CR and RR to gain back my confident... Will be praying hard so as this time round i can pass...

@teraboi oh this is my first attempt.

 

i think even though the test route was relatively easier but the testers penalise a lot on lane changing. a lot of testees fail to perform well on the circuit also i felt, i think circuit must be perfect then more or less can pass liao.

 

confidence and patience is very impt don't be like some of them passed liao still super kan chiong want to go out of room to endorse their license. looks super bad on them, if on the road they behave like that i dont know how long they can last.

blindspot 1, improper checking of blindspot 1, fail to look out for trafic 1, brake while turning 2, wobble when moving off 2

Failed as well, made a big mistake on the circuit, approached the last turn too fast and couldn't stop in time for the amber light = 8p. Also got 2x fail to look out for oncoming traffic, not sure where these were, also 3x improper posture, 1 wobble, etc.

CDC don't teach army guys... Army has their own driving center around KAKI BUKIT. Somewhere behind the old prison.

Those NS guys are lucky, no need to pay for lessons and tests.

 

I'm thinking that I just list down the notes below I took just now from lesson 6, to assist other riders to know what to expect

 

Lesson 6 notes:

Check blind spot 5m OR 1 car length (due to improper checking of blind spot)

Change to correct gear, regulate speed (don't drag gears too much)

Keep safe distance away from other road users (especially when they have come to a stop)

Be confident about lane positioning & blind spot checking (so as to not hesitate in these aspects)

i got some funny points which i don't think i committed. my circuit was near perfect except while coming out of ebrake i saw one car moving so i stopped before give way line. Stopped, checked back then realised the car wasn't moving and stopped at the road -.-

 

I guess that was 1 delay in moving off lol. 1 more is outside i forgot to check back once (failure to check blindspot). other than this 2, the rest i think its pure nonsense points.

 

recently got a couple of CBR150R on sale at garage, going to view and nego. most prob if everything in favor next wk will be able to OTR after insurance.

 

i was quite confident that i was able to pass cause i really didn't make any major mistake. but i tell u waiting in the room for result and being the last detail to be called is no joke. the heart beat like a bit too fast for me to handle.

went for RR today. according to the instructor, after the pioneer batch of pple going new route yesterday, they wanted to implement some changes. some notable ones are:

 

1. now when turn right out of CDC before first traffic light junction if traffic holdup up till before parking lots, must form up left right left right instead of just right one row.

2. when at filter lane out to airport road is cut past KPE lane immediately to 2nd lane from the left (i.e. lane 3, since airport road got 4 lanes including KPE entrance lane)

3. after U-turn must lane change left and keep left first. move a while up till after the bus-stop and overhead bridge den slowly lane change all the way to the right again to make right-turn.

Just went for expressway riding today... instructor say forget bout the rules about forming up 1 rows ect. pass already must act pass LoL..

 

When we were entering tpe from punggol I was the second bike. instructor infront. got this car beside me die2 wan to over take me at filter lane. managed to squeezed beside me.then i sped up swee2 on instructor right preventing him to overtake... still can horn at me some more when he wan to over take.. *****

They gave you the cert for attending the highway route.. Once u hear the benefits of the cert then you wont think its a waste of time. Didnt know bout the benefits of the cert until they tell us last min... Tot cert for memento oni lol
