Hi Hikaru179,

 

If u're looking for a K&N air filter for the Hornet 250, u can use the same one for the Hornet 600. It'll drop right in. But be warned, from what I heard from UK riders, K&N filters tend to mess up the H250's fueling.

 

The Hornet riders in UK compared the effects of K&N & an original new air filters by testing on dynometers. Surprise surprise... the K&N filter performed worse than original, with or without proper tuning... so there, better think abt it hor.

The saddle bags are nice...

 

Think should be ok for Hornet High Exhaust...

Just bag a little warm due resting on exhaust...

 

There is a Heat shield on our exhaust...

Hornet 250/600...

Only one exhaust... so can share loh... one person one side... :cheer: :sweat:

PHUKET SONGKRAN TRIP

Some Update...

Looks like Smaller 2B bikes may not make it for this trip.

As Such... Kester may ride all the way up to Hatyai on Sat.

 

Suggestion for 5 Days Trip

 

SAT Sin-Hatyai (900km)

SUN Hatyai (Rest)

MON Hatyai - Phuket (550km) eg...600km spore-ipoh

TUE Phuket -Hatyai

Wed Hatyai - Spore(songkran actual day)

(can join another gp back)

 

Would Really Nice if We can do the Ride to Phuket With the Main Group.

Maybe a bit tiring Phuket-hty-Spore...

But 3 Days in Hatyai may be too long...

Alternative is to Stop off at Krabi... (400km about...)

PS: dont forget 50km before the checkpoint Bukit Kayu Hitam the straight is a favourite for Speed Trap. The location is called JITRA. Go slow around the area man.

About Kester's Hatyai Trip.

 

I'm actually going up with Simon Soh on 11-Apr and will spend about 1 day there (only SIN-HATYAI-SIN), leaving on the 13th. Kinda of short... so might be thinking of joining you guys, leave on the 9th, at least can go phuket or Krabi.
