We are planning to organize this trip from 12th April thru 16th April 2006. Details as follows:

 

Leaves Wed 6 days trip

 

12th April Wednesday - Assemble @ GP Esso 7:00am & depart for Ipoh.

13th April Thursday - Leave Ipoh around 10:00am for Phuket

14th & 15th April - In Phuket for the Festivals

16th April Sunday - Leave Phuket for Hatyai

17th April Monday - Leave Hatyai early in the morning & back Singapore around 8:00pm

 

Closing dates is 15th March 2006. Those interested, kindly place your booking early. Charges inclusive of 5 nights hotel stay as follows:

Twin Share @ S$340 per person

Single Occupancy @ S$580 per person

Meeting Point: GP Esso

Meeting Date: 11th April 2006(Tuesday morning)

Meeting Time: 0100hrs(1am)

Travelling Speed: 110km/h & above

Total Estimated Cost Per person: S$175

1. 4D/4N stay @ Hatyai S$105/pax(2 share) (Firmed)

2. Travelling fuel cost(base on 20km/ltr for 1800km) = S$70(Estimated)

11-04-06 Hatyai (Tue)

0100 Meet at GP Petronas & safety briefting before moving out.

0130 Move out.

0330 Ayer Keroh R&R(Break & top up). 210km travelled

0530 Rawang R&R (Top up & short break) 368km travelled

0830 Sg Perak R&R (Top up). 558km travelled

1030 Gurun R&R (Top up & head count) 728km travelled

Ok... Four Rides to consider for those interested in going Thailand

 

We can join any of the rides... before their closing dates

pending vacancies.

 

Would preferr to join a gp rather than go on our own.

Better Support.

 

Another Proposal:

 

Ride 5

 

5 Days Trip (6 if leave on tue same day as simon's gp)

 

Group 1

Wed: Sin Hty

Thu: Hty

Fri: Hty - Gerik (Scenic Mountain Rd - Check w/ Fantastic 4)

Sat: Gerik - Lake Kenyir (One of the Largest Lake in Malaysia)

Sun: Lake Kenyir - Spore

 

Group 2:

Fri: Spore - Gerik

Sat: Gerik - Lake Kenyir

Sun: Lake Kenyir -Spore

 

Fri is public holiday.. eg good friday

 

This ride...

Those unable to take leave

Can ride with group 2. (Chi Yen has volunteer to lead gp)

We will meet @ Gerik & eat "Carrot Fish"

Do the Greater Malaysia Triangle

 

And the Thailand gp can tell them how songkran went....

Or

 

If no gp 2 and gp 1 can leave saturday.

Ride thru Gerik (one of those thing I must tick off the map)

Nightstop Ipoh (don't have to eat only carrot fish)
