How do we claim the 'Free-Gift' from those kind sponsors? I'm interested with the "Dry-bags", but limited quantity only for participants.

Do we have to collect ourself from them or will be distributed to us before/after the trip?

The dry bag is not the sponsored item (i.e free). The Bandana is.

But as participants of this ride, you are offered to purchase it at a special price by Motore Bici. Do check out their CMO thread over at the Products Mass Ordering section and contact either Steven or Allen on what you want.

Most likely will split into 2 groups

Yes its possible but the accommodation is a package price so i would recommend you stay thru out & enjoy the company
