3. How much does you guys spend on the fuel monthly?

4. How much does insurance cost for a 22 year old New rider?

5. I am a student at the moment, so is it possible to loan?

6. Is maintenance very expensive for a Wave?

7. Which wave comes with Clutch?

8. Is all Wave 4 stroke bike?

i hope i can help u..i will try to ans all of ur qns..

1.no more types of waves liao..u have done a good research..

2.2nd hand bikes depends on e plate of e bike..eg. FX plate wave S ard 2k..FY plate wave R ard 2.5k not inclusive of insurance..

3.for fuel consumption,depends on e bike n e way u ride oso..normally,1 full tank can last u ard 150 km..1 full tank ard SGD$6..so u judge urself ba..

4.22 year old new rider..2nd party insurance ard $550..3rd party insurance ard $300..

5.it's possible to loan..but mayb e bike shop needs guarantor..which means an adult above 21 years of age to prove tt u can pay e monthly instalments without delay..if anything happens,eg. u nvr pay in time after a few months, bike shop will look for ur guarantors..so preferably ur parents will be ideal..

6.Wave doesn't need much maintenance..jus change spark plug n engine oil regularly..which will cost u ard $15min - $30max..

7.No waves comes with OEM clutch..if not,u can try yamaha X-1..it comes with clutch originally..or,if u wan clutch to be installed to ur wave,PM me..i can help u with it..my wave is oso installed with clutch..

8.yes..

9.yes..with kick-start oso..

10.Interior doesn't need to spend much actually..if u wan to mod e outlook,u will probably spend alot..cos there is too many things to change for jus e outlooks!!

Jus my opinions..since u are on a tight budget..y not get a 1st hand wave..in this way,u no need to worry so much abt its interior or any breakdown probs..i have already told u wad i know..n i hope it will really help..good luck searching for ur wave..happy riding..cheers..

Hi I live around your place. Well travelling to and fro to NUS is around 50++km a day. That mean full tank you can use about 2.5 days. You keep mentioning about having a tight budget. Why get a bike then?

When you bought a bike, you got to pay road tax every 6 months, monthly season parking, monthly maintenance cost, summons, yearly insurance, fuel, unforesee situation eg. bike tyre puncture along on road.

Consider carefully before you buy a bike. especially if you intend to take loan. You cannot return bike to bike shop till you clear certain amount of loan you took.

Good luck in your decision.

actually... i think should be around the same besides the machine price ba... if the fuel that cost around $6 can last for 2.5days.. then should be around the same as concession... cause i am not staying near the mrt... still have to take a bus to mrt.. then take mrt... then take bus... 1 day transport already cost like $4-5 dollars liao...
