yeah, my work allows me certain freedoms. :)

It's 95% PC based and cyclic, dependent upon product launch dates. Last month has been busy but this week/month less so. I just keep various windows open in the background and switch back to them occasionally, read the updates and post my reply. It doesn't take long. Anyway, I'm switching back and forth between applications for my work so it doesn't cause me to lose track of where i'm at.

The biggest bonus of all is that my boss is in the US so I have nobody looking over my shoulder. As long as the work gets done and I meet my deadlines all is well. =)

hehe.. if I don't feel like working during the day I can take my laptop home and get the work done at night and it doesn't really matter.

OTOT = own time own target (a term we use in army to define doing things at your own pace)

Cos the ride will consist of big and small bikes.... and riders of all speeds :help:

my job is also

PC based and I also switch between applications like you do. And my boss is also US based, hence I also work like you....... to be able to get things done within the datelines and nobody will bother you. :thumb:

I seldom check the SGbikes on weekends. Sounds good to me and I think inrSoul will be up for a ride on that day/morning. I know his main concern is too long a ride for his first time out as he's only had his licence 1.5 wks. I was talking to him on Friday night and we're thinking a half day ride would be good.. breakfast at GP, ride somewhere, coffee/early lunch etc somewhere and then ride back and arrive at SGP about 1-2pm. In my books the earlier we leave the better. This can be like a trial run and then we can attempt a longer ride next month.

MERGED THREAD

Topic : Johor breakfast ride

Description : Sun 19th Jun, SLOW!

********************************************************************

We'll set off EARLY (before 8am), ride into Johor, stop for breakfast, maybe ride up to Kota Tinggi water falls and rest for a short while before heading back to Singapore, maybe return via 2nd link. The only problem is I'm not totally sure of the route. I kinda know but would prefer if someone else who's a little more familiar can come along to help with directions. 2nd link to Kulai, to Tg Selai, Desaru and back again I can do... 2nd link to PG and back via 1st link and various alternatives I can also do but that's about the limit of my knowledge. =p

Ok, who's up for it?

1. Axxis

2. Inrsoul (needs to be back for church @ 1-1:30pm)

Inrsoul and myself will still be going for a ride on the Sun morning but neither of us are able to do a full day ride due to other commitments. Anyway, it's Kev's (inrsoul) first ride into Johor so we don't want to overload his senses just yet. Prob gonna ride to the Kota Tingi Falls and back.
