Dear biker, Pls think and think clearly before u decide get bike from this bike shop.. I had very very bad experience to get 2nd bike with this bike shop's sales man who call Andy..totally piss off with this shop and I decided to post here to alert with other biker..

hey bro.. good luck.. the result before and after u pay deposit is totally dissappointed.. I had enough with this sales man with no customer svc knowledge and also make a empty promise...

What he has promised me to get it done within 1.5mth end up not done/settled upon collection. Eg. IU, Side mirrors,rear mud guard and etc. *pissed off* Their favorite quote to their cm is "ai Zai" but they bey Zai!! A very simple road safety devices/accessories as mentioned above not settle how to drive safely on the road.. Haiz... Thier SOP sux.. i think they have communication breakdown within the organisation, b4 i pay my deposit "A" say one guarantor of age 21 yrs is more than enuf.. but days later "A" call up say "B" say need 3 guarantor and need to have this and that... aiyo.. like i buying a bike that cost a million and i'll run away like tat.. just merely a 10K bike i need 3 guarantor wth..

Sounds horribly fishy? Try going down a few shops to Universal man, even when discussing about trading in my bike, still one gurantor.

 

Best part is sales person at Universal Motors, is one man show (David), and no hidden or anything. Been loyal customer there.

 

Just take care, if bike shop no good, switch, there are some gems among the huge pile of dung. So cut their oxygen and over time, theoratically all the bad ones will die out =)

i bought my bike from tt condemned shop b4 also..

there is 1 pretty short fella who is rather beng..

 

he served me the last time..

b4 DP and after DP is diff

it`s a long story...

It has been in this way all along...We have ppl with no problem with that shop, another one went off with tons of problem..

 

On the side note even before i purchase my ex 750 from them, i was introduce to the shop by a fren of mine who is a regular patron there..Prices for parts or tyres was very competitive after which i got my 750 from them, price was alot better than what some shop quote me(Along Bikelab area, just next to a condo). Have since been a regular patron at i-motor, been getting the best service and prices from them all this while. Intro a few of my fren and they have no complains as well.

 

And till now even thou i got my current transport bike from a pte sales, i still patronise this very shop who continues to give me the same prices and services. And i will frequently drop by to build relation with them..

My wife bought her Toyota Wish, no guarantor needed. I went to buy my bike just now and was shocked to know that I have to produce two guarantors. WTH? The last time I bought my R1, no need guarantors leh... :confused:

First learn stand, then learn fly. Nature's rules biker-sans. Not mine...

Welcome to the club..

i bought my 2nd hand bike S4 Spec 3 in 2009 over there.

 

1st problem - my fuel gauge was faulty, promised a new one, ended up just repairing it.

2nd problem - my headlight was a spec 2 headlight.

3rd problem - my original endcan which they promised was not given.

4th problem - engine oil, oil filter, spark plug never change.

5th problem - i paid 10k for a freaking FY Plate(damn i'm stupid).

 

whatever you guys do, better think twice before buying a bike there.

they'll be nice to you at first, but after they sold their bike to you and you start having problems, well ...

i've got nothing else to say. already condemned that shop since then.

i-motoring is a bike shop with zero integrity, I have bought two bikes from there. The first bike the boss promised me with new brakes pads, new tires all wear and tear parts will be replace. I took over the bike the only thing which is new is the tires, and I realised that the bike has no air filter, worn out brake pads, and sprockets.

 

The second bike i bought from there a lots of issue too, I guess they likes to sell bike without the air filter, my IU was spoil too took them almost 1 month to replace 1 they took an old IU from a scrapped bike. I have to rejet my carburtor two weeks at another shop because they couldn't anything about the issue and they installed a cheap korean tires which are wrong size. They told me they have replaced my magnetic coil for this bike too apparently they didnt I just got it replace two weeks back.
