Heard there is sort of a super mart for motorcycle accessories along jalan besar on the 2nd floor of some shop. Anyone heard of it? My friend and I want to go see see but can't find it...

i think the only local retailer that can qualify as a motorcycle accessories/apparel supermarket is motoworld.

from parts, mods, accessories to apparel, motoworld has them all. of cos not all the brands as the distributorship deals are spread out within the local dealers... e.g: Shoei (Chong Aik), Arai (Chiap Lee), HJC, Oxford (Hodaka Motoworld)

 

but if you ask me, like you step into NTUC, you can find all sorts of groceries and household products.

same in the case of Motoworld for motorcycle products for machine and rider.

 

the main show room is located at kaki bukit and a smaller branch located at lavender near jln besar.

are u sure ur not referring to Mah Motors? coz someone who doesn know about Mah Motors wld definitely describe it as a 'motorcycle supermarket', coz from the road u can clearly see motorcycles and biking accessories on display from its second floor, and its an entire building by itself.

yeah, motoworld qualifies as supermart. 3rd floor all the apparels. 2nd floor workshop, basement is parts. machiam NTUC eh. one stop shop.

 

but mah also looks like one. all the stuff displayed out on the ground and on the building.

 

i think you might be referring to motoworld? cause thats the most varied place i've been to that has alot of stuff for bikers.

Mmm... once I've been to Japan to a motorcycle super market. It's only 1 floor, but it's as big as NTUC. The items they are selling ranging from helmets, bling bling stuffs, fairing, jackets.

 

The point is, when they are selling something, say for helmet, they are selling the full range of it, not only a limited range.

 

Motoworld products is actually quite limited to more sell-able items, as limited by the space they have. By that, I won't called them a supermarket, but more of an accessories shop.

Thanks bro but don't think my friend is referring to Mah or Motoworld cos he knows about both and they are not really along Jalan Besar. Think Bro Kmax may have hit the nail on the head. Will head there to check out their stuff soon.
