Damn, after changing arrow pipe n pc 3 including Tuning and dyno, just nw went 2nd link wack cant hit 240km/h above. Before i change pipe n pc3, can hit 260 and above.. any1 know whats wrong

I just found out from Moto world, they quote $85 per pair. Wonder still can budget anot...

My friend recommend me to use Philip Diamond Vision, so that can see malaysia more clearer and it's more lasting... he had used for 2 years, around 30,000km...

my fren told me u can get it cheap at toh guan car shop way cheaper then autobacs. but im not sure which shop exactly.

u would be suprise dat our k6 600 and above has problem of tuning pc3, coz of our main and secondary jets, the first guy to dyno at unity a suzuki k6 was kewei. but for sure it can hit above 240kmph....hehehee

I just called them, They quote me $85 per pair. But i heard from my friends, got a shop selling about $70. But they forgotten where is it...

Today afternoon (@sim ming)while riding, i pointed _l_ to a driver (coz he signal right and turn left) .. after he turn left ... reveal a tp by the rd in front of me.

 

obviously i was shock, but the finger remain, so it becomes unintentional "finger" to the TP

Hi guys .. just a noobie question ... Wats the average FC for R1 08 with aftermarket full system, air filter changed and PC3 installed plus dynoed? Anyone has the same setup and would kindly share the figures wif me? Thanx .. Very new R1 rider....

 

Care to share which kind of full syst setup plus the dyno reading u obtained?

 

Battery is weak, shop must have place the battery on super charge, thus its spolit.

 

my battery was weak before, when its weak u need to hold on the starter longer ...

 

Any recommendation on the type of batt for 07/08 models?

I bet they tuned your bike more for the pick-up to mid-range setting, thats why you have problems hitting the top end...

I had checked with a number of shop, including car shop. Some car shop selling $101 per pair... The cheapest place is Moto World, $80 per pair.

Even distributor selling $90...

or just another ploy to raise up the market pricing? The CBR 04 & above were already equipped with dual-stage injectors. in fact 929 & 954 are already pgm-dsfi.wat i can recall the first time i heard a rise in market price for dyno was for the R6'06, cos they said its a fly-by-wire throttle & they have problems tuning it. You could easily get the ignition module to piggyback on the pc3 for enhanced performance. But I dun think anyone has the ignition module machine here.

Suzuki insurance is the cheapest among the 4. But if you're just buying a bike because of machine price & insurance, I don't think that should be the way... You should get something YOU really want to & not regret after. the K8 '750 could be a good buy.. If you wanna get a powerful 600, I'd recommend the R6 or CBR600 08.

You dont need to full suit to go down track..Just jacket, boots, gloves and a full face..

 

But at least to start wearing jeans and shoes, full face if coming out on weekend riding or even up to MY for makan..

 

I think if u dont get the exhaust(IMO nt a must have anyway), you can prob get 2 Shoei X-11 with at least $700 left to play around for jacket, gloves or boots..

i won't be getting a R6 cause its too high for me. i'm stuck in between the honda and suzuki. my heart is leaning more towards suzuki. not cause of the price, insurance, looks, power or anything. jus that my heart says gets suzuki. but i need to know the machine price to see whether i can afford it or not. thanks for your opinion guys...
