izzt that synchronization of the compression levels? I'm guessing it does fix the idling as the idling prolly won't be stable if the compression levels are not sync-ed. the bike would prolly be like gasping for air.

 

Did mine recently, compression level all sync out..Idling sounds alot better and power definitely comes faster after trying out on the way to Perling last night..

oh another thing. my mech said that those bikes that installed PCIII had their exhaust inlet valve (or something like that) choked?? its a black color tube that connects from the air box to something in front of the spark plug cables...

if bike temperature rise too fast and hit 120 even when travelling at high speed, issit due to fan problem or coolant pump? Cos I dun see any change in coolant level and the temp will go down after a while but its the speed that the temp rises that worries me.

guys... i am changing tires soon any recommendation? for me i am going for mileage not for the twisties...

 

currently on bt021 but front wear out rear still ok... will u guys recommend me to just change the front?

Anyway, compound hardens over time..So for me i usually set like 1 year 1 pair..

120 degree is very high. temp usually will drop while travelling. it might die to ur coolant system.

 

my advice is, off ur engine and let it cool down if ur bike temp hit 105 and above. it's not good for ur engine.

btw, does the fan runs when it hits 104/105?? Technically it should and bring the temp down to around 99 before switching off, if it doesnt, there might be a fault with the temp sensor..

better to change back the same as ur back or change 1 set of same model tires cos diff make or brands will be diff

think its your water pump... but check your coolant first.. i think the r1 02/03 used to have this problem...

Ours is Fuel Injection le.. Not Curb.... Dun think so.. If you wan, there's only one way. TAKA.

 

Since you have PC, got for Dyno.

 

For idling... use the idling screw on the left, below ur tank...

 

Dyno tune means run ur bike on a dyno and tune the air fuel ratio according to it's needs...

 

Teka mapping is tuning ur air fuel ratio without a pc3 but it's a general tune... not specific enough...

 

The other one balances the injectors... having 4 injections not balanced, u will feel that the bike is not smooth...
