i was told by unique that for k8 need to drill hole!!!! omg..

 

drilling hole in new fairing will be like quite sian.

there are custom made adaptors for it. dun drill. ask around u will get sliders with those adaptors. i had those on my 08R6, now still odering 1 for my k9.

actually i heard got a bracket to fix the slider too.. but dunno if the bracket will stick out like a sore thumb or not..

actually i heard got a bracket to fix the slider too.. but dunno if the bracket will stick out like a sore thumb or not..

 

the bracket r fix between the slider n ur main frame. it will be hidden by the fairing. so it wont stick out like a sore thumb. in fact it looks neater than the slider drill thru the fairing.

I think OEMs from established brands like motovation should have specific brackets for specific bikes so as to ensure that no drilling needs to be done, the motovation sliders for my k7 comes with exactly that. Ask the bike shop to enquire for u! It would be more expensive of cos and the bike shop might not be so nice to give it to u for free. Might need to nego with them to top up some cash.
