new bike price calculation

Hi anyone here knows how to calculate new bike price excluding loan? What are the things involve and can give a example... something like this Machine price=10000 + gst=7% + IU=150 + coe=depends on bidding...

my fren told me, firstly pay off items like road tax, COE, insurance, I.U, misc fee blah blah... (*why? Cause my fren told me those are one time payment items, bike shop have the tendency of adding them together, minus off your down payment and ask u take the remainder as loan)

Once u clear off those items, remainder take loan...

For iu unit can use existing one from my scrapped bike? Will bike shop be honest about Tis? I saw one new yamaha bike without the iu is that possible?
