Less BHP than the FZ. But looks to have more torque. Probably a more usable powerband.

 

yup but dont like the wind shield looks un-stable at high speed with the click type ajustment

also rear suspension a bit on the soft side and the engine is hot as at mc review overall still ok

Anyway the bike is a looker and estimating likely cost might be 30+ OTR cause it has many electronic systems on board like the adjustable push of a button wind screen Kawasaki tracksion control something like that....

Mr.Lee informed prc at below $30K OTR. Guess it will falls around $27 ~29K.Stock not available till next month end. Evershine quoted $24K machine only available mid of the year.Also quoted Z1000 at $21K machine. Pls do not speculate the price till all of us cannot even afford to pay for the tyres...!! Price is transparent...do yr homework ....and all of us will be paying at a reasonable price .....COE just announce at around $2500.

Machine price is $24k COE maintained 2.5K Insurance $1.2K GST 1.7K all these already all 29.4k. Add other MSC fees , how to price it at ard 27k to 29k?

 

Not speculating Bro, if you did your home work, bike price in our little island is never transparent. The price will be more transparent when you read the OMV in the log card. I think you will faint. Not Loois fault because it is the dealer who is earning the $. Incidentally, Japan and Hong kong OTR for the SX model is price at ard 22K. Even if you add in 2.5K for our infamous COE it is well below your 27k to 29k.

 

What to do? if we want it then have to pay, your post confirmed one thing, he roti prata again on the Z1000sx touching our shores. haiz Mr Lee Mr Lee...

I just saw a black SX with panniers on the road last weekend. Any update on the availability other than Loois and also the OTR price?

 

Also read that the naked version is really thirsty - 180km on a single tank. Can anyone confirm this?

i just enquired the price at alberts, its 28000 otr. Thats the price of the present shipment they have left, the next batch will be more expensive. Looking forward to the 2012 colours.
