Good day all! Is anyone running zeta clutch lever on their DRZ? Just wanna ask if it feels softer to clutch in than the stock ones.

try adjusting the clutch screw first. i dont think there's any difference in stock or zeta levers

The only street legal after market exhaust now is yoshi but only for SK chassis. JS chassis cannot change exhaust.

@exygon
I recently got my hands on a DRZ400SM... you mentioned that JS chassis cannot change exhaust.
I'm not sure if that's correct on my bike.
I had a quick check on my bike and it was a JS engine with a Yoshi full system.
Is there something different that this bike managed to get a certified Yoshi FS on a JS chassis ?

I'm curious to know and at the same time worried if its legit. But I do have the certificate of inspection.
New to this bike model , hope someone can shed some lights to it, TIA !

If the bike is already fitted on with the yoshi exhaust and comes with all the related certs which tied to the bike and plate number, then all is good. Previously ages ago JS chassis can change to aftermarket exhausts. Now cannot so yeah

Oh thank you for a little history on the DRZ... so i believe it should be legit.
Will be quite a while before my inspection comes so I do have to make sure everything is good to pass since I have plenty of time to get the to-do checklist checked one by one.

The norm for drz owners usually are

necessary papers for the exhaust

slap on the rear light reflector if yours is the aftermarket type

make sure mirrors are above the handlebar

the rest is the typical bike inspection checks like horns, brakes etc not so much la the checklist hahah

hi, just wanna ask a few questions about DRZ.

I know JS chassis cannot change exhaust, unless it’s first registered with the bike.

What about SK chassis?

- For example, i bought a SK chassis DRZ with stock exhaust and looking to change to yoshi full system,  i can buy and fit it and then to for inspection is it? If no, anyone care to explain pls.

- Can I change my SK chassis DRZ from stock to aftermarket 2nd hand exhaust?

Thank you in advance

Best is you call Motoworld ask if now still can change exhaust for SK chassis. If still can just go to motoworld to buy the exhaust and install. They will provide you with the necessary paperwork for you to go for inspection.

For 2nd hand exhaust, you need to pay to get the paperwork from Motoworld then go for inspection.
