I'm thinking about going to KL this week-end, not very clear on my plans yet, any good places on the west coast or around KL that are worth spending the night in? (other than Melaka).

 

Any other ideas about where I could go in Malaysia? (that is not fully booked yet?) :)

Not so sure, I just came back from Macau and seen enough casinos and neon lights to last me a long time. I would prefer something quiet and relaxed, either a beach or some place with clean fresh air and good food.

Looks nice, but it's SO FAR AWAY. It's further than Cameron Highlands and most of the way is on slower roads.

you can ride 100 on trunk road :p

i've tried that... prolly take you half day to reach... with 4 meal breaks and photo breaks inbtw

How about Desaru? Genting has clean, cool, fresh air too. Don't have to go to the casino, you can always walk around the shops or try the theme park :)

I don't know leh, but all i know is that my tyres are due for change! If not they definitely won't last for the trip :faint:

Oh i c cause the cheapest pair i found is around $230 but don noe

le wan to change or not cause currently my tyre not botak but already

2 yrs+(underuse)....mine is the Dunlop Arrowline

Desaru looks nice, I think I will be going there for the next extended week-end. I'll be going to KL this Sat, then back to Melaka on Sun / Mon, and back to Singapore with everyone else on Tue.

Bay and eugene! Can help me ask your bikeworks if they have sirac tyres and how much. My bike shop dont bring in siracs.

 

Szl! Pirelli scorpion tyres are not recommended by so many riders here. Hahaha. Im using it btw. Very slippery. Skid few times before

The thing is the Dunlop/Michlen tyres looks small n makes the bike feel Low......check the manual book it says dat there is a Bridgestone wan any bros out there using it........:thumb:.
