I just brought my bro's FZ16 to WY to install the bellypan. It's matte black and looks great! haha. $88 without installation. According to the mech, his bike is the first FZ16 to install it in singapore :thumb:

The boss was taking photos of the bike after installation, so maybe you'll see it when he use for advertisement. hahaha

It's not how fast you ride, but how well you ride.

Yep, around there with installation. :)

Anybody here installed the broquet for fz16? Mind sharing the experience? :D

I used it for my vara125 a few years back and i didn't feel that it's of any use. Might be because it's a small capacity bike, not too sure if it affects that way.

Since this is the first FZ16 to be installed with the bellypan, let me be the 'scapegoat' and show you guys how it looks like. haha. Enjoy!

Hey guys.. Was so on about getting the Bajaj Pulsar 200 today when I saw the FZ16. It was immediately love at first sight. But after asking around, the mech said Bajaj has a lower selling value. I wonder how much is the value of the FZ16 if you want to trade in or something?

Almost bought the Bajaj, but the FZ16 said to me, " You sure you don't want me?". In the end, I didnt get any bike today and went to research on the FZ16. Just a couple of questions guys.. Would appreciate it greatly if you guys can help me out..

What's the average FC for FZ16? (Looking at Bajaj cos of its low FC)

Can the FZ16 be fitted with a S4 bellypan?

I'm guessing the petrol tank is 12L with 2L reserve?

And I'm waiting for next Wednesday's COE results, hoping it would drop due to upcoming GE.. What's your take on this guys?

Thanks very much for your time guys.. Cheers!

hi Roy :) gud morning.

let me start.. firstly, both bikes r commuting catergory. dees will include kup kiahs, rxzs n scoots arso. so if u've ever own one b4, wen u look at e vehicle log card it will show e open market value. of wic wen insured, e insurance will cover under 'prevailing market value' if touch wood... anything happens to ur ride.

Takin into account wen a new bike is sold/bought to an owner, e interests chalked up during e period of hire purchase will arso be taken into consideration wen e bike is traded. bcos whomever owns e bike next, will bear e extra costs frm e sale.

if e bike is over e 1st period of ownership aft 10yrs, basically e renewed coe value will have some impact on e bike price. This is wat i can understand so far aft rolling over frm my previous rides over 9 ownerships.

As for e FZ16 fc, der have been some differences in views or usage frm many riders here. but relatively, des is some similarities btw e 2 makes. either one will have its advantages. but both r design meant for daily commuting wif low fc mileage i can say. tank reserves cud run till 1.5l left.

accessories; supplies have been limited here.

GE, coe will drop? dats a gud one... hehehe.

scroll over pages of views in dis threads la... den u'll be able to make something out.

happy morning peeps!

Doesn't it look big? Anyway, how much the front fender?

I find that it's just nice, quite fitting actually. Plus the matte black blends with the engine/gearbox area and brings out the contrast from the glossy black paintwork :thumb::thumb:

like that i prefer the 1 sold in jb that is for fz150i

Then go get it man. To each his own :)

Standard supplies no prob, accessories limited ;)

Yeah, i fully agree with that statement. As it's a new bike the accessories will not be available in the market, but it will be slowly coming in.

It's not how fast you ride, but how well you ride.

thanks yen yu. any one else can recommend a good place to do ebc brakes? own a phantom once and in their thread, they have a price list and proven place to replace items. thought it was a good idea and the whole idea of being in a forum.

Hey bro, actually dont really need to do the ebc brakes now as ur ride is still low. There isn't any ebc brake pads solely for FZ16. If u go most shops, they will try to find a suitable ones for you. Well, give unique a try, they have tons of ebc brake pads from the shop... haha...

Anyway bro, have u manage to take out the airbox to install ur K&N?
