wah 95k bike...bike run too much liao...ex owner must be a delivery rider..don reccommend overhaul lah....but a full service...change oil, plug, filter ...if neccessary sprockets and chains, tyres as u just took over and a high milage one...brake pads change new ones...brakes and tyres cannot save....

Why do u choose a full service over an overhaul job ?

Pls explain the reasons behind ur advice ?

I think quwakzai mean ' anyway it an old bike and high milage better dont spend so much on this'...

 

 

 

 

anyway, Our Lacer(flowerboi) milage has FUlly clocked but he didnt do much services

my wave also FU plate. mileage ard 94K...

 

also didn't went for overhual...

 

but after full servicing and many probs. the bike is almost new. except for the engine.

i want to overhaul my bike koz since im the new owner,i want the bike to sayang me..especially also bkoz milleage is very high plus the vibrations makes me sick..want to give my bike a make-over..hope some of u can advice me on shop's adress n also how much..i prefer to do it in spore..thanks

lots of money to spend... :lol:

 

then use good brake hose and brake pump, good suspension, bigger disc brake (i feel gives better braking), battalax tires... still got wad har?

 

and keep your bike stock. meaning dun mod anything regarding the engine. :cheeky:

 

and i don't know where to do in sg. coz mine is done in jb... :sorry:

y u don get a new machine in the first place???

 

overhaul price may differ loh...best u ask a few shops then decide...

If u got money to spend, do it at Boon Siew loh.

buy new bike lor..y waste ur brain cell to find shops to overhaul? do u have burn ur money in order to utilise them? cos that kind of money is really damn alot lor.. but i dun envy or even be jealous cos i dun wish to use it so early... hahahahahaha

yup,once i have done overhaul on my wave and after the engine is healthy then i will focus on accessories..anyway,thanks for sharing..:thumb:

i dun want to get a brand new koz i juz need the wave for work purpose..i need to travel to job sites alot so no point getting a new one..might as well i overhaul n then maintain it well for my daily use.again,thanks for ur advice..:thumb:

no wonder u dunno wat i m talking abt..go ask a chinese friend..he will tel u..guess ur general knowledge isn't that fantastic either.. do more reading... since u got so much money go take up courses to enrich urself..

ok lets cool it..btw,i already ask some of my frens n they recommend me to a shop in amk..so since its a fren's shop,i was thinking of giving a bit of support by doing my overhaul there..its juz dat my fren advice me not to sent my bike for overhaul during race periods koz the mechs will be busy..

 

after dat,will be doing on paintwork...
