Caberg Sntessi - ventilation below average, solid build but too heavy

Multitec - front ventilation is not good, fog easily, lack internal shade visor

Paid $800 for Schuberth C3 ....... I love it....no regrets. It you can spend $1k on cosmectic exhaust, wat is $800 to protect your HEAD!

does the $800 include the SRC system (Cardo G4 communication system which is integrated into the acoustic collar) ?

$800? Interesting. A tad steep for a flip up not made of exotic materials like CF. But will check it out nonetheless, just because of its small profile. I like helmets that do not make me look like a lollipop. :D

One of my friend got the C3 for $800 without the intercom. With intercom is $1200. Have a look at it, Build quality is as good as Shoei or Arai. Interested at Shoei Multitec. Heard that Shoei from Regina does not come with PSB stickers. Opposite Regina, Powerstar offer me $580 a few months back. Heard that Multitec come with two visors as standard. Anyone know??? Who is interested to get Multitec , maybe can go together and get a better deal!!!

Yeah. My Multitec came with a smoke and a clear-to-tinted visor.

$580 sounds better than the $680 being touted around. I don't give a frak about PSB stickers.

Where? My multi is about 3 years old already.

i think regina will have a better chance of bargaining... i dont mind getting the multitec, if under 550.

and, yes, i dont care abt the sticker too.

Just went to Regina and bought a Grey Shoei Multitec for $550/- with two visor. Went in and the chinese guy wearing glasses quoted me $550/- . Try to bargain with him but he say this is the cheapest price. Overall, very satified with the fit and quality of Shoei. First time wearing shoei helmet. Wear it and rode it back home, quite good.

Tried other brands, Carberg Konda and Nolan N103, the fit is comfortable but when try to pull down the flipup, it touches my chin!!! haha.

Anyone have any idea how much is is pinlock for shoei and where to get??thanks.

Yes, because Shoei have 3 versions for most of their helmets...

1) Japanese version - best fit for Asian

2) US version - usually cheaper but fit is narrow and weighs more due to Snell rating

3) European version - lightest but fit is narrow also

Since Shoei's are very expensive, might as well get the one with the best fit otherwise it might be a waste of money

Just curious, is the Shoei Multitec from Regina the Japanese or US version?

anyway, i miss wildcard.

Bought my Schuberth C3 today at Chiap Lee , simply love the comfort.

OGK Valer is disappearing from my radar screen, when the reply from regina was "simi lai eh". So which CL shop to get the scuberth for $800? serangoon or jalan besar?

anyway, i miss wildcard.

FYI... I happened to be around the area, so I popped into the shop across from Regina (branch of Chong Aik, forgot the name now). They have PSB-approved Multitecs for $550. This was without bargaining, not sure if the price is fixed or negotiable.
