replaced rear brake switch and rear bulb

take note - suzuki lights very sensitive

if bulb is getting dimmer and filament not strong we get

symptom

 

front brake lever when pressed , rear light never falsh/brighten

rear brake lever stepped , rear light never flash/brighten

 

after changing the rear bulb everything OK

 

also i changed rear brake switch just in case cause mine slightly not nice

 

replaced rear brake switch and rear bulb

1. symptom rear wheel and chain drive noisy but rear wheel never wobble or shaking. So alligned the chain drive and front sprocket but still noisy. Removed wheel and checked the bearing. Confirmed ball bearing loosen and side wall torn. But amazingly it never make wheel shake or wobble. Changed bearing to KOYO made in Japan both side covered type. Last time used NTN made in japan suspect NTN was imitation /fake item as largely can be found in JB. So used KOYO which is genuine imported. RM14

 

2. had tuck tuck noise from front wheel fork system. Tighten all nuts/bolts and adjusted to factory setting handle bar steering stem and tighthen to correct measurement.

 

Now all noises GONE

many of us ignore greasing parts

bikes need greasing done 16,000km on chasis and some other areas

 

cvt scooters need greasing done 8,000km

 

i suggest buy one tube or one pack marine grease. Is the best grease and has highest of all criterias

fork oils have 4 years shelf life span

 

so better mark your bottle

 

also take note of factory packaging date

 

like mine was - The product have a code date.. and yes they have a shelf life of about 4 years.. Looking at this code, this one was made in May 8 of 2013..
