take over bike

Hi guys need some advice here. I'm taking over a bike from my friend. His insurance is ending end of this month. So i need to get a insurance for myself, do i need to get the ownership changed under my name or listed as sub-rider before i can start riding? Or i can simply jus get insurance first then can change ownership other day?

if u want to chg the bike to ur name, u need to get ur own insur.

insur & chg of ownership can be done on the same day, depend if u want to go lta do it or let shop handle.

you need to buy insurance first, then change the ownership, u cant change ownership if you dont have insurance.
