I believe your rear brake is drum brakes rite? Sometimes it might just be dirt in the drum or material of brakes not the most appropriate.

If you have quite a bit of freeplay on your rear brakes, then maybe it is time to change it, otherwise, if you can live with the sound i think you should be fine. Anyway, drum brakes last really really long so if you just changed yours not too long back then wear & tear is definitely not the cause.

Your after market rims could be a contributing factor as well.

I wanna ask ah. How come brakes with dust is better for brakes without dust? Like for my bike, if i clean the pads with compressed air. the first few days the brakes cannot make it. A few days later, when got dust then much stronger. Why ah?

dun ever use compressed air on ur calipers, brake dust is poisonous when inhaled.

Use a brake cleaner or contact cleaner for ur calipers n brake pads to clear out ur brake dust.
