I'm looking for good and comfortable touring jacket. Is there any where else other than Ah Boy, Regina and those shops around them where I can buy within $300?

+1 on Komine. You can get something quite decent for ~$150-180, with hard armour on elbows & shoulders. Chest & back armour is also available, which will fit into the jacket. The mesh construction makes it comfortable even on hot days, especially at touring speeds

komine jackets are good, i bought one for $150 from motoworld also. 5 armor pads (1x back, 2x elbow/arm, 2x shoulder). mesh material cooling also, no inner lining but not an issue cos u can just wear raincoat over it. quite comfy. take out armor pads dump inside laundry bag and wash in washing machine also no problem, tried and tested.

Personally i had a komine mesh jacket. i find the mesh material frails easily, esp if the velco strap accidentally hooked to the mesh. so i brought in some quality american brand jackets. The quality of the mesh is better and still very breathable. All the jackets come wif removeable shoulder, elbow and back protection. Also they have a removable inner lining that keeps the rain out.
