I also jus get my white BB done up there. Result I will say is great as new in term of the power.

With regards to the FI problem, just like to ask for an advise...recently when i'm riding..the FI light on my BB lights up..it lights up only after riding like about 10mins or so..but when i switch off and on the engine again..it doesn't light up..only when i'm riding..any idea bros? It's doesn't blink or whatsoever..

bro khan84, when the FI lights up. It indicates that your bike is having a problem. It will not blink yet until you activate it to blink. The number of blink will tell you what problem ur bike is facing. I suspect yours is the famous 25 blinks coz u said after 10 mins the fi light to appear. I suspect ur FI lights appears once u hit more tha 3000 or 4000 rpm... nontheless, you can find out the number of blinks and post back here.. Our BB GURU's will surely help diagnose ur problem.. so the question now is how to know the number of blinks.. simple..

 

1) Ride until the FI light appears

2) Stop the bike by the side in neutral position (DO NOT SWITCH OFF YOUR ENGINE)

3) Kick your side stand out

4) Kick your side stand back in

 

By kicking your side stand in and out while in neutral will allow the fi light to blink. You will need to count the number of long blink and short blink. Long blink will represent 10 short blinks. In other words, if you have 2 long blinks and 5 short blinks..

10 + 10 + 5 = 25 (the infamous 25 blink)

 

Let's hope is it not the 25 blinks.. hoping to hear frm you soon...

Bro, i need it...Got my bird completely setup after 3 months of road and track testing recently. Let me know if u have problems during ur setup, u can just copy from my settings and fine-tune urself, that will save u a lot of trouble. Recommended rating 10 or rating 15 fork oil at 520-540 ML per forks. Lowered front fork by 7mm to achieve a rake angle reduction of approximate 1 degree. I dun have the torque reading of the steering cone bearings at the moment, will know the answer by next wed. Now my "Lao Jiao" handle like a 1 litre bike, it's really fast on the track considering its weight and age... Wohooooooo!!! i was very surprise by the poential of this machine myself too. I will go for another session at the end of this month to finalize sprockets ratio before changing out to another pair of SC3... Ur rear suspension spacer will do some help too... i'll let u know when is the date again.

i tot ur rear ohlins shld have adjustable travel? how come still need the spacer? if ohlins cant adjust the height, then maybe i need it too. haha

I don't know the reason why MengTong tell me not to disturb the travel, was thinking maybe it will affect the overall spring compression. So by adding a spacer in, it will not decompress the spring to achieve a higher rear ride height. But thats just my guess, probably i will go and ask him the actual reason.
