Dunt think so bro...but what i know you can fit a busa front forks onto a bird with some custom parts...

jimmy bro, u better order on your own.. the package is super big... and also, im going overseas for work on friday. wouldnt be at home to receive it.. it shld take around 3 days to arrive. they only have stock colors, ie, blue, silver, black..

Top overhaul? $300 is gd price or ex?

 

Just a guideline...top overhaul will cost between $800 to $2.3K...Depends on what needs to be replaced and what can be saved...Oil/dust seals and gaskets needs to be changed. The gasket set will set near the $200 mark... So $300 for top overhaul is too cheap...bikeshop dont earn anything..

one thing to consider, they have different color of boxes for different year of blackbirds. If you can, go for the latest, ie, 07. all the mounting are the same. the only difference is, the boxes u ordered for 2007 blackbird are manufactured in 2007. So, of cos try to get the newest consignment!!

Bro jbat, hw much will valve clearance n cct cost?

 

Valve clearance not sure...last time for my S4,they charge $120..that does'nt include shims...Honda's valve shim and buckets are made of a special hardened material that last long...Some 100k kms honda engine need only one or two shims replaced out of 16 shims..

 

CCT is more important for BB...The springs get weakened faster as our bike engine is damn hot when riding at goverment speeds...Too much slack on the timing chain will affect the valve timing plus if suay suay the timing chain jump off one tooth on the camshaft sprocket...Valve will hit the piston..Then you got new reason to put a 1195cc wiseco piston on ur bird...EEKEKEK!!

 

Too much crap talking....CCT cost about $50...DIY...less than 15mins job...

Tot u working as a tower crane operator?...Sure have steady fingers...Dunt worry bro..i'll be there to guide...For the CCT just drop by Eversuccess or FJT...

Stock for CCT just came in from FJT i just diy mine and change cost around 50 pluus w gasket

hoaxter-i tink its best u learn how to change the simple stuff on ur bike .

 

Faiz-Its gd if u cud hold a DIY session for all the birdies be it changing CCTs,sparkplugs,airfilter.Simply strip naked....i mean ur bike, explain what the parts underneath the tank.Fuses and other simple stuffs that make the birdy works.Try to do simple maintenance check like how to check the rectifier connector for burnt mark(simple sign of rectifier going bad) How to clean the clutch actuator rod.Take note the 3 screws holding the clutch housing has 3 different length and it must be fixed(screw) at the same hole...:)

My orgasm starts at 299km/h.....

Personal ride -

4th ride - R1
