Anybody here install a koso digital voltmeter on their bb? 1 wire to ignition another to negative. Can somebody help me.......

 

Bro total got how many wires???u can just try to direct connection to ur batt first.it wont short the volt meter if its in reversed connections.

Just now wen turning into woodlands from BKE, a blue BB with solid looking side boxes pass by me. FBD plate, he turn to look at me n raise his hands n i just smile .. so romantic ... hihihihihihhi ...

Ohh ya..for fi bikes if run out of petrol...it will just cutoff,due to low fuel pressure...unlike carb bikes that will stutter before dying..restarting the bike is easy...pour petrol..keyswitch on to prime the fuel pump..juz crank the bike up( do not open the throttle)...if it still does'nt fire up,repeat again to prime the fuel pump...

 

Soo much easier on common rail type petrol system that freaking rotary or inline fuel pumps on diesel engine...

Hahahaa...of coz if direct to batt will always on...i ask u to try and check out the polarities of the wires...so u wanna fix it on ur meter cluster right? u can just tap the wires to ur ignitions...its under the wind shield behind the meters....it the red color connector with 4 pins.which pin is which lah but u can try just tap the negative to the grounded frame den the positive u try one by one lor...

and also....when rolling on 6th gear....can it accelerate up to above 200? cos when i try from 6th gear....it will slow down and kinda stagnant at 180+. hmm

Den u ask so i try to help out lah... I din't noe ur koso volt meter comes with red n black..coz some voltmeters come with 3 wires some 2 wires...the 2 wires that my voltmeter comes with is blue n white wires.

So what was ur question again for hooking up the volt meter?hehehe...

Aerosmith~u got check ur airfilter ? Funny ur bb max out at 180 on 6th gears,even with 25 blinks we can get 260 max.

somemore my ecu was changed to a new 1 b4. zz. changed to k&n filter already leh. maybe time to wash it or something. when hit 180 190 it will be stuck. must drag up from lower gears. haha

If u using aftermarket horns den u can curik the positive from ur horn relay...or curik from ur pole light wire but when u on pole light den the voltmeter also on lah.

Yeh did mine at unique kaki bukit..$180 they clean ur injectors with tat machine den they service n tune ur throttle body as well. I did it coz my bike keeps backfiring when i close throttle.den went to one shop,st8 away ask me change ecu,ridiculos sia...so rode off from there n went to unique.told them i want to service my injectors at the same time informed them of my bike backfiring...after spending $180 on the injectors service,no more back fire...worth the price i can say...

But some riders also recommend those stp off the shelf injector cleaner where u just pour into the fuel tank for it to work.but i think using the machine is better coz u can see ur injectors jet patterns...

Thats my experiance uh.others may haf different experiance.

.. ive tried n hit 275 wit 25 blinks n full stockl .. n im confident there is space for a bit more ... i guess its how far u r confident with ur bike and of course ur bike condition.. but for 180 as max for a BB .. may nid to look into the technical stuff

Ride goes 180 max?...few things need to check,airfilter too dirty,fuel filter clogged,brake drag(which rarely happens),injectors clogged,loss of engine compression(either bad valve clearance or worned out rings or pistons...)
