The sparkplug is located on the left side panel(cover, long long one) under the seat (while u r seating on the bike)

Simply pull from the bottom slightly and carefully then slight it out n u will see it

Some of my experience ( Just some advice)

Try not to use ESSO gold engine on it

Might cause engine leak related problem (Happen to me on JR200, and very bad feedback from a fren riding CBR F4)

Scoot for L I F E

roadmaster29: remember when you change your filter to K&N or others... very likely you'll need to rejet your carbs. See if you can get the jets for this carb lah. And thanks for the review.

While looking at the carb, i cant locate the manufacturer or model number. Tot by doin so, i would hav a rough idea where to get more info bout the carb.

As for the filter, yea i'm aware i need to retune my carb, including changing the main jet. As for nw, i would maintain the same specs until i really know the bike.

From there, maybe i could try sumtink out, n make feedbacks.

Hopefully thz yr bonus is good...........so can trial n error with after market products. N by doin so, i'm aware of the consequences......................

Bro roadmaster29,

Since you just got yr GTS, check it out when you do yr first engine oil change.

Watch out for small partical that drain out from the Engine Oil (EO), using torchlight shine and see is it alot? Best just change after 300-500km to clear the particals, i will do that if i buy new bike.

Btw, i am using Mobile 1 EO for car 0w-40, so far till now less than 1000km but still smooth.

Using some other brand of EO before, but after riding above 1.5k cannot make it liao. Maybe those are more suitable for high speed riding which i dunno.

Black comet brother recommend me to use Mobile delvac 1, i will try after my next oil change.

Happy riding brother.

With every good wishes

Mark C.

Just change my oil but onli 250km

Anyway saw quite a bit of debris

For the ESSO gold is just my little finding could be true could be not true on other bike but i will stay far far away from it

Meanwhile i am using Royal Purple(cheap n good)

1st problem

My batt indicator is mostly on whenevery i rev

When i measure the voltage it is not under but i think above the cdi spec it was about 14.3v (no rev is around 14.1)

Think need to check with SYM high is better then low but scare might blow or burn some of the stuff.

Guys, it's not a problem.

It's an indicator tt ur batt is charging. Was worried initially. But when i check with agent, the said its not the batt is weak, but actualli it's charging.

Sumtink new to me, but at least i knw tt my rectifier, or alternator, is werking.......

bout the voltage, i'm nt sure. BUt nt to worry, the fuse will do it's work. Juz standby 20A n 15A fuses....... in case of emergency......

As far as i'm concerned, Mobil Delvac is recommended for commercial vehicles, (i assume desiel engine)

Next best thing is know is Mobil 1 gold. WHich worth $25.45 /L . Heard riders used it on big cc bikes, n on cars. Like Mark C. mentioned, i believe he's using this EO, as it has the same grade.

Yes, i've change my EO after 500km of riding. I did notice some little particles (but not many) when draining out the EO. I believe ths is not abnormal as most vehicles do, tts y they recommend a change of EO after at most 1000km.

Btw, any lobang to get Mobil 1 gold at a cheaper price than the above mentioned? The price i saw is at mobil pump station.

Ok I got mine at Regina/AhBoy and its less that 20... think its 16 or 18. Forgot already. I'm using this for the first time on my bike and now its around 3k km.

To be honest.... I didn't feel any difference. Castrol/SPC/Mobil1 no difference felt.

Or maybe some will like to say... "He buy from AhBoy one mah...." I really don't know.

I've been advised by a friend who used to work there and he told me the Mobil1 is real.

Upz... Btw Fass, The old info of your regarding is very useful. Should post it in sticky for all newbies. Btw, I practically took out every single part of transmission of my old skipper in year 1998. Then I got to know about CVT.

Now arh, Nissan got CVTC, Matrix got CVT, test drive liao, they still have gear change. For this, i still puzzle for the mechanical part.

Car:

Leisure driving and family outing

Kia Cerato/Auto/Sedan:
