hi there guys,

 

i am riding my runner for the last 8 months and my stock tryes are running bald soon.

 

i travel from tampines to Jurong daily for work...lol thats why very fast.

 

any1 got idea where to get cheap tyres for runner 06 model?

after peeling off, u could use some cooking oil to apply on the sticky surface ... then wipe it off with clean cloth ...

yap... i use zippo gas then.... but i think use wax is better... get turtle wax or any brands of wax, and wipe on it...

agree with danz.. wax better ... won't be so hard on ur thin layer of lacquer ...

dun get cheap, get good reliable tires. They are the only things sticking ur scoot on the road. and everyday u r riding the the expressway.

 

For the VXR, i suggest u get the Michelin gold standard. its a touring type of tire, best for you in this case.

btw, gold standard only available for VXR rear. front got to source for another tyre.

hi newbie here... just got my 07 vxr last week still running in so far 600+km already. I notice my coolant is flowing out from the cap from the top. Any idea why is this happening..?? any solution to stop this??? Btw the bike is awesome made the right choice but pick up is a bit weak compare to my old 2 stroke runner.

Bring it back to PSC... they will fix it back for u...

(PS: dun try anything funny to stop it)

yap... when mine start to leak, i rode down straightaway and get it done up on tat day... Certain things cannot wait one... dunno abt u... but my eyes bei tahan the strains of the leakage on my bike... haha

the cap of ur coolant is it tighten??? try unscrewing the cap out when ur bike COOL DOWN and screwing it back... pick up wise u cant compare to 2 stroke... but still our pick up is must faster than most of the 2b bike...

yo guys.. need to know where i can get a new set of balancer? the screw of mine was loose and got dropped off.. i didnt notice it while riding home from jb then my left balancer came off and drop off along the KJE without me noticing it.. i only knew once i parked my bike man so its gone.. so anyone know where i can get a new one? future scootering i guess?

dunno whether they sell the original one.. but i know they sell bigger n heavier ones... u can go to those bike shop the serivces runner...
