every fan has a sound when it is working, if there is a problem with your fan, u will realise that the sound is louder. you just need to compare with other runners and u will realise.

 

it has nothing got to do with the size of the fan. Bigger fans doesnt mean the sound will be louder. ur house ceiling fan so big, but got loud noises?

 

thank q thank q i got one more problem,,,, my coolent come out from the cap when 1st day i ride it somebody ask me to check level of the coolent or try to retite the cap i top up the coolent n also retite the cap so everything is done but after ride for 4 day it leaking out again .... anybody got tiss problem before .. need help:cry:

Im riding Gilera 180 sp....

Worst,just now when i was about to go orchard to meet up my friend..

i start my bike and warm up for a while than move off, but about 10 meters the engine die,than i cannot start my bike any more....

keep trying electric start and kick start.both also cannot...

rest awhile than try also cannot...

Than keep trying try until no more bat to try already, cant even use electric start any more...thing bat flat already...

Any 1 occour this befor?

 

And any bike shop open on sunday...need to get my bike repair asap...

full tank is 8.7 litres...

for me, my FC is ard slightly more than 26km per litre...

so whenever i go pass 220km den have to top up already...

 

I ever reached 8.85litres of petrol. Mileage only 250km++. Not forgeting the time i've ran out of petrol along PIE, thr mileage if could recall is at 260km. So according to my riding style, my weight and other loads, how well i pump my tyres, i could only manage 260km till total empty. At 150km, the reserve light will come on.

i bought a second hand vxr

but the owner juz use it for 2 months the mileage around 4000..

so when i go psc i'll still have the free servicing of the bike rite when it reached 12000 km?

 

free servicing at 1000km, 3000km and 5000km. Bike is under warranty up to 12000km. after that, u r on your own.

anyone noes where to duplicate key? around how much huh? i'm still on installmant onli got 1key scared lost. and when to change tyre? 10k km?

 

you could get the extra key at PSC for ard $18++. Go duplicate the key at any locksmith. Then you need the master key to program it to the bike. The bike shop should know how to do it. I ever did it and the present key i have needs to be program at the same time with the new duplicated key.

 

IF you dont program all at once, then u can only use the key that you programmed. Good luck!!

It happened to me before, the bike won't crank at all when i use electric start. And when i kick start, it won't start either. When i towed it back to the workshop, i found out that the rear pulley had sheared off from the shaft.

 

Need to change the whole pulley but too ex, so i used some secondhand pulley. Cost me ard $300 at that time. Hope u don't get the problem like i did. and my bike was the very 1st gilera model FXR.

CDI is around 100++++ dollars.

Dont think there are many ppl selling 2nd hand ones.

Yes. It could be that your CDI koyak liao. Your CDI controls the firing of your spark plugs. So if spoiled, your plugs dun fire even thou your starter is cranking. But of cos its best to ask the mech to check for u.

My guess is u just took over the bike not too long. It could be a combination of a few things. Really hard to tell with out looking and hearing your bike. Just ask your mech to do a full check for u to see if your batt is charging properly and if the CDI is really spoilt. But from what u mentioned earlier, my guess is likely your CDI or carb got prob.

 

If your bike is well maintained than starting in the morning shouldn't require u to press the starter so long.

I just change a new carb that cost me 200+

Cannot be my carb got prob...i beleave is my CDI or bat...

i call Jakye from Tai hin, he say must check , maybe CDI spoil...

SP180 should not have any probs with CDI, more likely battery.

Original CDI will cost quite a bit. A Malossi one is already 200++

wrong...180sp aft age of 3-4, u MIGHT face a problem wif CDI n magnetic coil which might just spoil anytime..They give a very slight warning b4 it spoils but the "warnings" they give will make u feel dat it is only a sign of worng tunning n nothing much...n then when it gives up, it will totally give up

from wat i see from ur avatar, urs a 06/07. so tat means can set u back ard 100+ to 200+ per piece. my fren buang and got his replace ... expensive! maybe u can try paintwerk? unless, got crack, i think its a cheaper alternative...

just checking, with some modifications... can the '06 model meter set be fix on a '05 model?

 

btw, how much is a replacement meter for the '05 model?
