I ever reached 8.85litres of petrol. Mileage only 250km++. Not forgeting the time i've ran out of petrol along PIE, thr mileage if could recall is at 260km. So according to my riding style, my weight and other loads, how well i pump my tyres, i could only manage 260km till total empty. At 150km, the reserve light will come on.

u pump 8.85 litre of petrol? i thot the tank is only 8.7 litre?

With proper tunning and setup, the orginal block together with this compression head will work wonders.

In 2stroke tuning, itz all about compression..a simple search on overseas forums, most 180cc owners would rather bolt on a higher compression head for a start than investing on a new aftmkt racing block kit.

what is running start? no sound means no cranking. is ur motor oil indicator lighted up when u turn on ur ignition key? check ur fuses & check the contact points on ur battery. make sure the contact points r bright & shiny. if it seems to be corroded jux scrape off the dirt with a pen knife or screw driver

A 'running start' is when i push my bike at a certain speed(oh lets say 5-7km/h?) and then hit the electric start button. It worked once. Thought it would work again. Nothing is wrong with my oil indicator lights or any of my other electronic stuff. I just can't get it to start is all. Maybe you can see the problem if you see my scooter. Where do you live?

Hi, this mod will enhance which performance? The quoted price included installation? Im very interested! My 180 is just a stock bike with a TM carb.

My runner got a problem today. I got no idea what happened but the response was on and during my trip back home. What I experience was like the petrol wasnt burning properly or the air was leaking. It combined with abit of backfire sound.

What could possibly be the problem?

it will rise ur compression of ur engine...itz an engine mod

end of day ur whole rev range will be much more responsive n powerful.

Check ur spark plug, it might be ur settings dat r out..if not the worst case is a faulty magnet coil or cdi if u also constantly experience cases of "hard to start" or bike "die" while riding halfway for no reasons

http://www.malossi.com/img_prodotti/66%209420/66%209420.jpg

HTRoll

CALIBRATED ROLLERS WITH HIGH PRECISION

for original speed variators and Multivar.

HTRolls are made with CPT with a specific formula and their weight is marked on one side.

HTRolls represent a technical spare part for the original one, in a complete series of calibrated elements capable of varying your scooter's transmission ratio and perfectly regulating its speed and acceleration.

Operation

Due to the rotation, the weight of the rollers becomes a centrifugal force; the higher the rollers weight, the lower the gear change time, and vice-versa.

Variator calibration

To optimize engine's performance, select rollers that in operation, maintain the engine at the highest power regime. By diminishing the rollers weight the engine s RPM increases; on the contrary, by increasing the rollers weight the RPM decreases.

Used SIP scootershop metal carburetor manifold for Sale (Fits 2stroke only)

Manifold "Race" SIP Piaggio

125/180, 25mm, 55x54x51mm,

26/30mm, short, straight,

*modifications to helmet case and wheel hugger might be needed*

The RACE version enables you to keep using a larger carburetor. The shorter intake beefs up your torque. Even more power can be achieved through a modification of the intake manifold membrane to reduce turbulences in the fuel flow. Shortening the intake makes a modification of the helmet compartment necessary. The fenders will have to be modified when using 28 - 30 PHB carburetors to hinder contact with the larger float chamber. We recommend a racing air filter as the original Airbox cannot be used any more.

*above description from SIP scooter shop

Mikuni TM24 carb can be used on this manifold. But due to the body structure of the TM24 carb, slightly modification had to be made to the rear wheel hugger to ensure extra clearance for the carb position. An extra bracket might have to be mill to rise the manifold's position.

Will be able to assist in installation.

*Please beware that some modification have to be made to make it fit EG: cutting of wheel hugger*

Hose Clamp and connecting rubber NOT included.

http://www.sip-scootershop.com/upload/images/abbildungen/00011029_001.jpghttp://www.sip-scootershop.com/upload/images/abbildungen/00004568_001.jpg

Overall performace will be increase due to the tilt angle of the carb ensuring a much smoother flow of the fuel mixture of the carb into the reed inlet similar to the design of the Malossi carb manifold. With the different design of the angle of how the carb face compare to the Malossi straight manifold, it will also ensure better airflow towards the air filter having lesser restriction of turbulance flow.

Last most important of this product is being metal, it will last much much longer than the normal rubber manifolds.

Price: $60

My guess is u just took over the bike not too long. It could be a combination of a few things. Really hard to tell with out looking and hearing your bike. Just ask your mech to do a full check for u to see if your batt is charging properly and if the CDI is really spoilt. But from what u mentioned earlier, my guess is likely your CDI or carb got prob.

If your bike is well maintained than starting in the morning shouldn't require u to press the starter so long.

my bike is back to life, due to sparkplug wet, carb overflow and goes to sparkplug....luckly change one sparkplug and can move already lol....

thanks guys
