HI, i just bought a runner ST200, will collect 2nd week of July. Currently i m riding Vespa LX150. Anyone know more of Runner ST? Like the maintainance, servicing and mod? I m veri new to runner so any info will be great! And oso how u guys push bike down from main stand wearing slipper? i always kena my toes tat y i always wear covered shoes bt sometimes rain have 2 change. Thanks

since same engine as rst .. then should be the same .. u will get a manual, if u dun, insist on it.

 

And oso how u guys push bike down from main stand wearing slipper?

 

sit on ur bike and push forward.. some skill needed.. hehehhe.. but some ppl are against it.. so tat not sure. btw.. not advisable to ride with slippers .. best ride bare footed .. wuahahahahaha!

Hi guys, my VXR05 recently got dis 'eeeeee" sound cuming fm the back left side of the bike, it only occurs when the bike is stationery. When i throttle a bit, the 'eeeeee' goes off but cums bk when i release my throttle bk. The sound is gettin more frequent, anyone experience dis b4? Wats the problem n how many it costs? thks..

Its best for you to read up on the gileras post here. There are loads of infomation gather in the threads there. Its time consuming, buts if you have to do it, then you have to do it. Theres no short-cut in this world buddy. Cheers

btw anyone knows y when i start my bike , it use a quite long time to start maybe like 5-7 secs like that . . can anyone tell me y ? is there any method to maintain it ?

Help. I heard noise near my water pump area. Could it be due to water pump or magnetic coil? It's a creaking sound. Or could it be due to worn engine mounting? I searched the old posts and learnt that to check for engine mounting, try to turn the rear wheel horizontally to see if it moves. But, I only feel a slight movement of the rear wheel which I think could be due to wheel bearing not "tight-fit". However, sometimes, when I ride on uneven road surfaces, I felt that my real wheel is skidding, hence making me thinks that the engine mounting has worn out.

 

In summation, could the noise be due to engine mounting, water pump or magnetic coil? I hope to gain some knowledge before sending to workshop.

if its water pump, the noise will not be a creak 1.. more to like got some marbles inside ... check ur brake pad oso.. maybe worn out or disc has warped. but since u say u din haf a stable rear .. more likely its the mounting.. get it fix soon bro..
