help. . . i got a problem. . . i'm riding st200 2008, this morning when i'm riding, after coming out of the high way . . i close my throttle , suddenly the engine stop, i restart it and move for a few 10m, it comes back again. . . so far till now this only happens this moring . . . can anybody tell me y this happens to my bike ? auto bike lehz , how can the engine stop. .

2005-2006 - SONIC 21 SPEED BICYCLE

2006-2008 JUNE - Kawasaki kr 150

2008-2013 - Gilera st200

to me uhh..runner is the kind of bike if u buy stock is like buying wrinkled shirt.until u kenna all this problem and fix it..then u'll love ur runner.confirm got problem one when just out of shop.of better still when u just mod pipe or air filter.sure got problem.so must iron out all this problem..then the runner will be ur companion..

Gay up a bike and u get a Fino.Crash a Gilera and u get the ST200.

hi guys , any recommendations for gilera suspension ? i find that stock one is no good, quite bumpy

guys, is there such thing as fuel tank leak.?

or tube probs.?

coz my bike petrol keep on leaking sia..

just notice it tonite..

i got problem!..my bike always stutter and lose power after riding far...e.g pasir ris to bukit merah..or if i ride fast..it will "bobok" then when i come to a complete stop,engine die.how come?..hope someone will advise.i hope its just the spark plug...

Gay up a bike and u get a Fino.Crash a Gilera and u get the ST200.

check the source of leakage. .. might be torn fuel line or disconnected..

check ur carb manifold.. might be cracked.. best go to werkshop haf it checked.

Finally I've signed all the necessary document, will be taking out my gilera VXR 07 by this week. Nieway any shops to recommend for servicing my scooter and any shop to recommend to buy accessories? Sori I'm new to scooter. Always been riding sport bikes

I too juz had e same problem.. Otw to work when engine suddenly die off when bout to accelerate into expressway.. Able to restart a few times but engine dies off within secs..

Waited a few minutes n manage to restart engine.. Didnt die off this time.. Ride back home.. Take urgent leave from work.. Haiz..

Probably your tank had water seeping thru. Try draining out the petrol.

this problem got alot of reasons.i went to machspeed and i find out its my air cable or something..since the day i bought it..i was cable-tied to tightly..and i also changed my spark plug.i think problem solved cos i rode from pasir ris to jurong and back while whacking my bike and didnt lose any power.

 

a lil side track.just to share.i installed my power abuser2 and grounding wire.really works.tot u guys should give it a try.i think ppl often overlook the electricals in their maxi scoots.but it works.

d power abuser increases ur pick up rite? but ur top end becomes shitty izzit? if so hw shitty? i love pick up but i dun wanna lose too much top end.. sori.. kinda noon bout power abuser.. care to share idjekyll since u installed it?

 

power abuser doesnt really increase your pick up...but more for your electricals..ie: your lights will be brighter...and your engine braking will be lesser...and it increases your FC....mine after all the crap mods ...i still managed to get 210-220 for the my FC...

 

PS: I have installed this on my bike for about 6-7months

yeap the power abuser is really good.around 130 bucks for the pa2 and grounding.if u have a lil extra then get the pa ignite.thats 220bucks.like zeus said plus i feel my engine smoother.throttle response increase..no need to whack so hard for bike to go.dun mistake this for pick up..just feels lighter on the throttle.
