cut the seat..becoz by adjusting the suspension u can only lossen the preload on the rear which will not make ur bike much lower but end up changing the whole handling setup...bascially this scoot is not a ride height adjustable machine

becareful abt the depth of the cut. if u cut too deep, u could end up with a really flat & sore ass

Hi Runners,

 

I would like to know why my runner head light keep blowing up.

At least once a month i change the bulb.

 

I did check on the battery and charged it.

Still having the same problem.

Could it be due to rain water..

Cos when it rains heavily i will just whack in the rain.

 

BTW, recently my bike had a problem with the trottle. the moment i turn my bike steering to the right, my bike will start accelerating.

Initially a shop told me to change the cable which cause almost 60 bucks.

I decided to bear with the problem and now its ok.

Not too sure why?? Any similar incident broz out there.

I guess ur throttle cable needs some oilling n adjustment lah...past weeks of rain maybe water juz seep in...as for ur light bulb maybe check ur fuses n connections..

with regards to ur headlight bulb, i had similar experiences b4

i found out that it was becoz my headlight box was cracked

rain water seeped in & wet the bulb. when i turn it on, it blows.

check for cracks on ur headlight box & jux past a clear tape over any crack lines will do

dat is a vxr n sure being quite beefed up...response gd is due to proper setup n correct use of parts bah...full throttle pop up for most runners r not something very difficult

Hey guys... Anyone have gone down to track with the '06 runner?? Coz since i sold my R1, its been a while since i went to pasir gudang.. Have no idea whether this bike is suitable for track use...

y not...except u will be much slower on the straights lah...maybe by the end of 1st straight u can reach ard 140km/h on ur meter n end of 2nd straight maybe 150km/h or ur meter...other than dat the corners depends more on the rider

But for the corners, i'm worried abt the shock absorbers... Can recommend what type of shock absorbers are good?? For track n normal use...And the prize range..

Hi. u mean stock can reach 150km? I only can reach 128km max. Mine is stock.

For 06 models, usually people hide in front, where the gilera logo is. The front part can be opened and hide the IU in there. But be careful when opening the front part... do wrongly, wait got scratch... better get shop to do...

 

First, top-up ur cashcard many2... then no need to open for 1 or 2 months... wahahha... ;)
