check whether is the alignment off.

or you can always go back to boon siew if yours is an agent bike.

to check alignment, park the bike at mainstand and how do i see whether it is straight or crooked? pls help :(

could the mis-alignment caused by the dropped that i had when i jz took out my bike? it's a stationary drop.

So anyone organising a one day riding trip to KL on weekday as that is the only time I can go as my little terror would be in playgroup.

Ahh YES YES YES...... just got my darling Swing this evening @ 6pm... initially, was abit worry to ride it. Told myself just go slow & steady, still got the habit of pressing the left lever thinking it's the clutch and my left foot trying to engage the gear. Smiling & laughing at myself during the ride home. Feel real good riding my darling. Looking forward to riding it again tomorrow.

By the way guys, is it normal for the temp gauge to be at halfway mark & when the engine is off, I can hear the fan blowing....

Got the new IU unit for the bike... :)

Thanks Alot.

Put the IU inside the right compartment and it would work nicely.

DC

I put mine in the right side too.

No prob at all.

If you put on left side, just rem to leave your wire extension long enuf so that u can pull it out and bring it up to the sensor...

LOL

A stationary drop, IMHO, will not cause to alignment to go off..

Are u sure the scoot is slant?

Or is it just you??

Welcome All New Swingers - I just hope you all know that what you got now is a heavy Superscooter which will only perform it's best by being ridden like one ! If you just want to putter from A to B, travel on the left lane of expressways and want low low fuel consumption then you got the WRONG bike.

From experience travelling on the left lanes of expressways is AN ACCIDENT WAITING FOR A PLACE TO HAPPEN. With all those trucks, cement tanks and other kiasus hogging that side of the road they either just wont see you or bully you onto the shoulder or BLOW you over.

Assert yourself !!! Ride in the fast outer lane and give those heavy vehicles as much space between them and you. All the while bear in mind that a clear line of vision of the road ahead of you gives you ample time to take avoiding action should you need to do so - e.g. following too close to a van obstructs your vision and you wont know whats happening just ahead of him.

i am still running-in the engine, bro.

when i was riding s4, traveling at 80km/h rarely happened. 100-110km/h at least.

Yup.... me got the new IU unit, told them I want the new one when I bought the bike.

Today, when I ride over a pavement, my centre stand hit the curb...I think the bike is quite low, got no problem with my ex...I meant my super4....
